firmware engineer岗位职责

A firmware engineer learns the practical application of engineering principal will work with a cross-functional team to deliver/maintain the firmware design fmedical device. He/She need to lead the new technology introduction, problem investigation, platform definition, practical design, verification/validation.
Essential Responsibilities:
Embedded software advance feature design fmedical device system by collaboration with local global teams
Be responsible fdefining verification validation plan by testing equipment off CT system
Data Acquisition and/control subsystem firmware design with compliance of product development process
Lead technical design review fconcept solution, detail design evaluation result with global team
Perform firmware dFMEA, reliability, manufacturability serviceability evaluation implementations
Keep tracking on new technology, methodology design concept. Identifying developing new opportunities to leverage Strategic Sourcing objectives Common Technology initiatives
Qualifications / Requirements:
1、Basic knowledge in CAN, Ethernet, wireless communication, protocol design
2、Medical device, automative, aviation industry background will be preferred
3、Be familiar with multi layers PWB / PWA schematic & layout, reading & understanding
4、Experience in firmware coding with C/C++, RTOS experience of Vxworks Nucleaus eCOS RT linux

工作职责：• Design, develop, debug FW fgraphics processors in accordance with HW feature specifications requirements • Contribute to the development of internal tools to improve development efficiency quality • Accountable fon time delivery of work • Collaborate with management off-site teams to co-develop the complete product solution • Regular communication via Audio/Video conference with global teams任职资格：毕业学校好，本科计算机专业。 有半导体行业相关，做过SW/FW develop的，擅长C语言以及汇编编程，1-5年工作经验。 有Linux kernel 开发经验者优先。 英语口语要好。工作中需要和国外同事交流。

主要职责： 
1.负责通讯SDK软件架构/相关功能的设计与优化，确保系统具备高可靠性、可扩展性及低耦合性，以满足产品长期发展需求
2.负责搜集和理解通讯芯片方案客户需求；
3.负责通讯芯片解决方案的设计、开发与验证；
4 解决通讯芯片研发过程及客户方案中出现的相关技术难题，保障项目顺利推进。
职位要求： 
1.本科以上学历，通信、电子、计算机等理工科专业；
2.精通C语言，熟悉数据结构和算法，有5年以上嵌入式软件开发经验；
3.熟练掌握硬件驱动开发流程；
4.熟悉软件开发流程，具备良好的代码编写习惯和文档撰写能力； 
5.掌握常见的通信协议,例如： UART,SPI，CAN，LIN，TCP/IP，Ethernet等协议；
6.至少3年以上汽车电子/通讯产品开发经验；
7.具备实时嵌入式操作系统RTOS使用、开发经验；
8.具备以下经验者优先：
1). BLE/UWB/WIFI等产品开发经验，尤其加分
2). 有基于autosar软件开发经验。
