fpc工程师岗位职责

了解FPC工艺与制程，熟练CAM应用，熟练使用3D画图软件。

岗位职责：
1、负责电子方案处理，原理图制作、FPC布线、方案调试、FPC功能验证；
2、熟悉动力电池，储能等相关解决方案；
3、 独立设计调试电路、解决研发产品疑难问题、根据客户需求设计符合产品规格的技术方案。
4、 新产品的信赖性、可靠性、稳定性等相关测试，调试、评估；
5、 新产品原材料的评估及试样。
6、 上级领导完排完成的其它工作。

岗位要求：
1、大专以上学历 ，1-2年的 电脑周边产品layout经验，
2、熟悉操作AD/PADS/ALLEGRO软件，进行产品原理图和FPC设计。完成FPC的布局，走线，02
3、有动力电池，储能类产品工作经验；能独立分析问题解决问题，对有问题的产品提出整改方案，动手能力强。02
4、了解电路原理，数字电路，模拟电路；了解FPC、SMT制造工艺；
5、熟悉多层线路板设计，有EMI 和ESD整改经验
6、工作认真负责、责任心强，有较好的主动性、协调性、规范性，并有良好的沟通能力。

What You Will Do
1.Be the technical lead fdedicated projects, be involved in the definition of product development strategies fnew RFQs, new Projects and/VA/VE directions of running projects.
2.Deeply involved in the interpretation of customer input (drawings, spec, CSR, etc.) the translation of them internal technical documentations (Feasibility Analysis, DFM, Drawing, BOM, Spec, etc.).
3.Document product requirements based on customer input, including functionality, mechanical electrical ratings, agency requirements.
4.3D/2D of product designs release them systems acc. to Molex Product Development Procedures, 100% following design procedures & design guidelines.
5.Participate in design reviews, design fmanufacturing etc. to define product detailed design features.
6.review DFMEA fnew designs, to deliver good designs fcost quality.
7./ Review bills of material feach design, responsible fselecting qualifying new materials.
8.Complete product qualification / testing plan fnew projects. Review & confirm testing reports to ensure sufficient items are tested to meet product specifications.
9.Support Innovation Team on new materials / technologies qualifications finternal development potential acquisitions.
10.Participate in project meetings internally with team externally with customers, to review project details.
11.Provide product design proposals component specifications to sourcing/suppliers fnew component sourcing; Check components quotations to ensure correct inputs from suppliers meet our requirements.
12.Provide feedback & DFM on design proposals to customer/BDM on time, professionally.
13.Ensure design evidence (design review, quality check list, product spec, testing plan, testing report, etc.) to be well documented updated properly.
14.Perform other related duties as assigned by management.

Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)
B.S. Degree in Electrical Engineering Software Engineering
5 years experience in Product Electrical design, with an engineering degree.
Ability to perform engineering analysis & drive to root cause of electrical mechanical related problems.
Able to communicate effectively in writing, one on one verbally, and/in group meetings.
Experience in 2D & 3D of AutoCAD / ProE NX.
Experience in Altium fPCBA/FPCA design.
English comm(oral written).
