Description
Prepare maintain accurate financial records, including ledgers journals.
Reconcile accounts ensure all financial data is up to date accurate.
Assist with the preparation of financial reports statements.
Support month-end year-end closing processes.
Monitmanage accounts payable receivable.
Ensure compliance with local financial regulations company policies.
Assist in budget preparation financial forecasting.
Collaborate with internal teams to support financial decision-making.
Profile
A successful Accountant should have:
A degree in accounting, finance, a related field.
Professional accounting qualifications certifications (preferred).
Proficiency in accounting software Microsoft Excel.
Strong attention to detailganisational skills.
Knowledge of financial regulations compliance requirements in the healthcare industry.
Ability to work effectively in a temporary position meet deadlines.
Job Offer
Monthly salary ranging from CNY 13,500 to CNY 16,500.

职责描述：
1. Check record in-house payments, fixed assets depreciation etc.
2. Record cost accrual& tax transactions
3. Record HR salary related transactions
4. Prepare monthly balance sheet breakdown fGL accounts
5. Support internal external audit
6. Ad-hoc task assigned by team leader


任职要求：
1. Bacheldegree of financial accounting
2. 1-2 years of experience, within advertising, media marketing industries is preferred
3. Strong sense of responsibility detailiented
4. Open-minded, self-motivated fast learner;
5. Good communication time management skill;
6. Good knowledge of MS office
7. Good commof English Chinese in both reading writing.

Responsibilities:
1. Collaborating with other departments to complete accurate records provide accounting support.
2. Complete related monthly closing activities, including GL posting, reporting, etc. Finalize trial balance on time deliver high quality financial statement.
3. Analyzes financial data translates meaningful information to provide management financial statement users with relevant, comparable accurate data fdecision making.
4. Support in SLA / Tax / Forex relevant tasks.
5. Support in external internal audit, fboth group statutory report.
6. Adhere to internal control policies procedures
7. Other work assigned by supervisor.

Qualification:
1. Education: Bachelor’s degree above in accounting, knowledge of US & PRC GAAP is preferred.
2. Working experience: More than 2 years accounting experience as GL accountant related accountant role.
3. Good language skill in English, both speaking writing.
4. Skillful communication to work with others within outside finance team, across functions countries.
5. Hands on experience on SAP MS office.
6. Self-motivated able to work under pressure, eager to learn, able to adapt to changing environment.
