QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor’s degree in the subject a related field
Full teaching qualification (PGCE/QTS equivalent)
Fluent written spoken English

EXPERIENCE
Minimum 2 years’ subject teaching experience in high-performing schools
Proven experience teaching IGCSE A Level subject curricula

PREFERRED APTITUDES
Strong pupil assessment capabilities
Curriculum development skills
Patient, proactive approach with a caring disposition
Microsoft Office proficiency

Key Responsibilities:
Time & Attendance Management
1. Collect, verify, consolidate timesheet data
2. Assist in monthly payroll preparation by ensuring data accuracy resolving discrepancies
3. Generate basic attendance reports fmanagement review
HR Documentation & Compliance
Maintain digital physical archives of HR-related documents (contracts, policies, certificates)
1. Ensure compliance with data protection regulations during document handling
2.Support audit preparations byganizing required HR records
HR Operational Support
3. Assist in recruitment processes (job postings, resume screening, interview coordination)
4. Prepare HR-related communications (memos, announcements, training materials)
5. Support employee onboarding/offboarding procedures
Handle basic employee inquiries (policy clarification, benefit enrollment)
Qualifications:
1. Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, related field
2. Proficient in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
3. Strong attention to detail with ability to handle confidential information
4. Excellentganizational multitasking skills
5. PriHR-related experience preferred
6. Fluent in English
