• 作为IT负责人的执行负责人，与IT领导团队紧密协作，共同制定3-5年IT战略路线图，并建立跨部门协同机制确保关键战略举措的有效落地与持续优化

• 建立常态化运营分析机制，通过数据建模、流程诊断和标杆比对等专业方法，系统识别IT运营中的效能瓶颈和成本优化空间，形成可量化的改进方案并推动实施

• 基于组织战略目标，牵头制定年度/季度IT运营实施计划，明确关键里程碑和资源配置方案，建立PDCA循环管理机制，确保各职能板块目标的有效达成

• 主导IT治理体系建设，统筹制定涵盖项目管理、服务管理、安全管理等核心领域的标准化政策和流程框架，并通过培训宣导、执行监督和定期复审确保制度有效落地

Job Summary
The Dragon Project IT PMO / Project support will be responsible fconsolidating all the IT streams’ deliveries coordinating the IT OT solutions implementing for
Dragon CAPEX project fRoche Pharma, ensuring compliance with
industry standards enhancing operational efficiency in
pharmaceutical manufacturing.
Duties Responsibilities
● Consolidating all IT project teams deliveries related to Dragon project:
● Maintain the overall all IT project plan (to date), respecting the overall project schedule, ensure all the IT systems milestones deliveries are well defined,
●ganize the project team stakeholder meeting, track the status regularly report the risk.
● Coordinating the IT OT solution implementation fa green field site:
● Identify track the dependence between IT teams fthe IT OT solution implementation, maintain internal check list / risk list / mitigation action
● Identify track the dependence between project discipline teams e.g. process equipment, construction, & etc IT teams, communicate to project team, initiate the changes to project team incase there is a need.
● Identify track the dependence between site user teams IT teams, ensure the requirement is logged, prioritize the requirement communicate to project team
● Support IT lead to manage the IT project
● IT OT status report all necessary material fproject team, operation readiness, Steering Committee including IT schedule, actions, Changes, proposals, risks, mitigations, ensure the timely updated
● Maintain IT internal records fdecision, assignment
● Lead, maintain track IT purchase operation, requirement records, SOW, PO, GR budget report
● Co-with global program team on the solution design, status review, workshop, communication material engagement activities
● Coordinate support all required activities from project team operation readiness within the project
● Coordinate with the other project disciplines, Roche user team, external contractors vendors
● Deliver all necessary documentation in English language
● A strong cooperation with Automation is needed to plan, design deliver the systems in time quality
Education / Experience:
● Technical experience in IT project management, IT operation management IT quality management
● Min 5 years of experience in industrial IT project management project coordination in regulated industries (pharma, life sciences, manufacturing)
Knowledge / Skills / Competencies:
● Experience with CAPEX project execution fIT/OT infrastructure management
● Experience with manufacturing IT/OT integration QC Laboratory systems is a preference
● Solid GMP knowledge quality mindset
● Strong analytical project management skills, able to report status in project management tools. E.g. Monday. slides
● Great interpersonal communication skills, ability to communicate complex topics
Effectively to different stakeholders
● Solid English skills (spoken written)

Position Summary 
IT hub lead assistance in planning, tracking, issue resolution, FIT4 processes, support of IT PM by de-ployment methodology alignment with global PMO.
Requirements 
Education ；Bachelor/Masters Degree.
Experience 
1. Proven experience of working within a PMO function – 3-5 years of work experience.
2. Knowledge of project management tools methods.
3. Excellent communication skills confidence to engage with project managers senistake-holders.
4. High motivation to proactively own drive work packages independently.
5. Excellent Microsoft Office suite skills.
6. Relevant certifications, e.g., SAP certifications, PMP (Project Mgmt. Professional), SCRUM etc.
7. Excellentganizational communication skills.
8. Familiarity with risk management.
Job Description
Main Tasks
1. Support IT hub lead with administration coordination of a regional hub as part of a global SAP deployment program.
2. Prepare presentations, budget analyses, status updates workshops.
3. Assist in stakeholder communication preparation of executive meetings.
4. Support the planning coordination of availability allocation of IT hub re-sources.
5. Identify, escalate/mitigate, resolve IT-related issues & risks within a hub.
6. Help to define implement measures processes to ensure roll-in success.
7. Enable the IT hub lead to manage progress reporting escalations.
8. Prepare project reporting on progress, milestone status, issues, risk management, etc.
9. Manage communication with project stakeholders in support of the IT hub lead.
