机械工程师岗位职责

岗位职责：
1.机械设计、跟踪装配、调试、资料建立。
2.原有包装机改善改良（包装机零部件完善、改进、优化及创新）。
3.新型包装机整机、零部件研发（立项-构思（调研）-方案-设计-来料跟踪-装配-调试-标准化建立-转批量生产）。
4.配合部门主管临时安排的工作任务。
任职资格：
1.，大专及以上学历，从事机械设计行业2年以上工作经验。
2.具有较强的沟通协调能力、技术创新能力、团队合作能力、关注细节能力和优化设备降低成本的能力。
3.能根据顾客的需求完成各项工作任务。
4.熟练操作应用auto CAD、CAXA、Solidworks等相关软件。

1) Critically evaluate geometry/application requests from account salesmen. Analysis optimize the design based on the evaluation.
严格评估销售人员的外形/应用请求。根据评估结果分析并优化设计方案；
2) Utilize Autodesk Inventto new CAD models, detailed mechanical drawings, of complex mill liner crusher components assemblies.
利用Autodesk Inventor，创建磨机衬板和破碎机总装图，及其组件的新的CAD模型和详细的机械图纸；
3) Comply with required design standards; manuals; safety factors; geometric tolerances; engineering specifications.
符合要求的设计标准、手册、安全因素、几何公差和工程规范；
4) Execute engineering changeders (ECO’s) in a timely manner, using Autodesk Professional Vault application.
使用Autodesk Professional Vault应用程序，及时执行工程变更单（ECO’s）；
5) Work with personnel from production (Operations Quality), as well as from Marketing, in conducting cross-functional design reviews before drawings are finalized released fproduction.
与生产（运营和质量部门）以及市场部人员合作，在图纸*终确定并发布生产之前进行跨职能的设计评审；
6) Travel to support Marketing Quality personnel at customer locations, provide design proposals.
能够出差到客户现场，为市场和质量人员提供支持，提供设计方案；

岗位要求：


1) A BSc above degree in Mechanical Engineering, a related specialty.
机械工程或相关专业，本科及以上学历；
2) Extensive Autodesk Inventexperience including proficiency with the program’s advanced features； (other design software such as Solidworks, Pro-E)
丰富的Autodesk Inventor经验，包括熟练使用程序的高级功能；（或其他设计软件，如SolidWorks, Pro-E）
3) A minimum of three years of experience working with mechanical design projects，familiar with welding rubber vulcanization process.
3年以上机械设计工作经验, 熟悉焊接和橡胶硫化工艺
4) Fluency in written spoken English.
英语口语和读写流利；
5) Familiarity with mechanical design drafting practices, including proficiency full compliance with ASME Standard Y14.5 – 2009, as well as GD&T standards.
熟悉机械设计图纸，熟练并完全遵守ASME标准Y14.5-2009,已经尺寸和公差标准；
6) Well versed with MS Office Products.
熟练使用微软办公软件。

工作地点：安徽宁国。

岗位职责：
1、 负责机械产品零部件的设计、分析、制图；
2、 对机械产品的设计图纸进行解释及提供技术指导；
3、 负责对机械产品的工艺图纸进行审核，并协助完善机械产品工艺图；
4、 按照现有的技术规范完成机械产品的图纸标准化工作。
机械制图员的工作经验要求：
1、 具备良好的机械部件制图知识,有限元分析，有管理经验优先；
2、 熟悉绘图仪器及工具的使用与维护知识；
3、 熟练应用各类CAD，3D制图软件；
4、 能独立或配合他人完成较为复杂的机械零部件制图；
5、 工作认真负责，严谨细致，有良好的创新精神和团队精神。
