贸易员岗位职责

职位描述：
1、阿里巴巴国际站、中国制造等平台的维护，询盘回复，完成报价，促成订单；
2、通过海外社交平台（如linked-in、Facebook），开拓市场并积累意向客户；
3、团结合作，善于沟通，与其他支持部门（单证、发货部等）协作完成订单；
4、国外客户的接待，参加展会及拜访国外客户（疫情结束后）。

任职资格：
1、正规院校专科以上学历，英语四级以上，国际贸易、商务英语等专业，小语种西语、俄语、阿拉伯语优先；应届生亦可；
2、有B2B或B2C销售经验，熟悉销售流程以及开发方式优先，入职有相关培训；
3、善于言谈，口语良好，有优秀的沟通协调能力，语言逻辑性强；
4、积极主动、热情开朗、有强烈的责任心和事业精神，有自驱力。

Job Purpose Impact
The merchant, will assist sales teams efficiently handle routine business. In this role, you will handle the companys customer base, increase customer intimacy ensure excellent contract database management in a proactive effective manner. You will quickly gain an understanding of the companys businesses, customers contract management.
Key Accountabilities
proper contract management pricing documentation, price confirm contracts fcustomers spot quotations.
Execute commercial customer service responsibilities such as call on customer requirements, prepare send contracts to customers, send out daily market price updates sales contract documentation.
Handle data, contracts contacts in enterprise resource management customer relationship management systems as the functional specialist.
Support the sales team with key customer activities like pricing, contract book management creating, updating distribution of reports provide backup fother assistants specialists on the team.
Support account managers commercial projects as the domain specialist fcontract system management.
Handle basic issues problems under direct supervision, while escalating more complex issues to appropriate staff.
