Your role responsibilities

● Perform mechanical design fmedium voltage drives, including mechanical parts design, simulation, drawings materials selection.
● Evaluate change requests drive mechanical design verification.
● Maintain the 3D/2D drawings, BOM datasheet of mechanical parts.
● Define technical quality requirement supplier process assessment.
● Conduct mechanical parts qualification test.
● Mechanical parts 2nd source development localization.
● Generate production specifications.
● Support production in assembly, packaging transportation.
● Contribute to drive level test based on GB/IEC/UL standard.

You will be mainly accountable for

● Evaluating, selecting, applying standard techniques procedures to perform engineering assignments.
● Providing technical support ftesting, installation, commissioning activities.
● Assisting in preparing proposal/presentation of engineering projects.
● Utilizing checklists to perform design verification according to applicable standards engineering guidelines.

Qualifications fthe role

● Bachelabove in Mechanical engineering, mechatronics integration other related.
● 3+ years of mechanical design experience in low voltage medium voltage drives.
● Good knowledge of ProE/Creo familiar with PLM operation. Experienced in mechanical design, familiar with the process of metal punching plastic injection, thermal simulation is preferred.
● Good written spoken communication skills, fluent in English

作为产品结构工程师，您将负责公司新产品的机械设计与结构开发，确保设计方案既满足功能需求，又符合制造与成本控制要求。您的工作贯穿产品从概念到量产的全生命周期，是连接研发、供应商与生产的关键纽带。通过专业的机械设计与工程支持，推动公司高质量产品的顺利交付。
工作职责：
• 参与新产品的ID输入及机械设计与开发工作。
• 负责新项目设计审核和评估，确保设计符合实施要求。
• 负责HMS和TMS机械3D、2D图纸的制作，处理新模具及修改请求（RFQ & TMQ），样品请求（SRF）。
• 与供应商协调并进行模具评审，优化塑料及金属零件制造设计，控制模具成本及进度。
• 接收并评估机械零件，准备及跟进工程师批准表（EAF）。
• 创建间接物料的BOM结构及零件清单，编制详细装配图纸，支持PTT团队及生产部门装配工作，解决产品测试失败问题。
• 支持样机制作及TMS测试的机械问题，完成HMS、TMS及FTMS测试报告。
• 分析工程问题，提出纠正措施并实施设计改进，推动开发模型完善。
• 支持项目管理，协助制定项目计划、协调研发及相关部门，确保项目按时高质量交付。
• 定期开展产品设计评审，确保产品设计符合公司质量、制造及安全标准。
• 支持量产阶段机械问题的解决。
• 创建生产支持的工程变更单（EN），执行设计变更改进并发布工程变更通知（ECO）更新BOM。

• 机械工程或相关专业本科及以上学历；
• 5年以上机械结构设计经验（塑料和金属件），熟悉专业音响（Pro-audio）行业优先；
• 具备机械设计专业培训背景；
• 英语听说读写流利，能进行专业沟通。

What is the job about?
Contribute to the SCRUM Team’s deliveries using relevant office applications (i.e. excel, Catia, SAP etc.) by applying Engineering skills
Conduct analysis to support product maintenance development.
Handle day to day tasks supporting the technical documentation

Your main responsibilities:
Creating, collecting analysing data fproblem solving product development maintenance
Dedicated taking ownership though the detailed daily work to support the product line(s)
Contribute to technical updates improvements to the product lines.
Prepare documentation in compliance with legislation, Grundfos processes, Standards Grundfos practice.
Ensuring documentation are updated (drawings, SAP data etc)
Conduct analyses in connection to product changes/updates
Perform cost analysis cost reduction activities

What do you need to apply?
We expect you have:
Engineer degree Master Bachelsimilar education
Technical knowledge with product development
2-5 years relevant experience
Proficient English – verbal written
Understanding Agile principles
