merchandiser岗位职责

岗位职责：
1）根据客户样衣款式资料要求，翻译客户的DST Sketch样衣设计构造，在ERP系统中制作物料BOM，生成准确的样板单给到PD和板房去制作样衣。
2）客户确定大货订单的款式：根据客户确认的大货资料要求，在ERP系统中制作准确的物料BOM，生成准确的样板单给到PD和板房去制作每一轮的试身样板（比如头办，修改办，齐码办，产前办等等）、结合合同生成大货制单物料表，交接给采购买料以便采购组同事购买大货原材料。
3）客户确定大货订单的款式：在ERP系统中制作准确的物料BOM（型号，规格，数量，单价以及部位），结合合同生成大货制单物料表，交接给采购买料以便采购组同事购买大货原材料。
4）在订单整个过程中， 随时针对不同环节的需求提供不同的支持，和各部门各组别以及客户协商沟通，已确保订单按时交付
6）针对大货物料、产前样、大货中检过程中出现的或客户反馈的问题，跟采购和公司其他技术部门协调相关员工分析问题原因，一起提供解决方案。

任职要求：
1. 大专及以上学历。
2. 有内衣工厂业务或者跟单Merchandiser岗位工作经验者优先。
3. 了解内衣制作整个业务跟单流程。
4. 对内衣品类的生产流程、工艺、物料有一定的认知。
5. 熟练的英语听说读写能力，如口语欠佳*起码要有熟练的书面读写能力，熟练顺畅的业务跟单英文邮件沟通能力。

职责内容：
1、安排好客户大货的生产工作，跟踪好生产进度，并适时与相关部门进行协调；
2、加强与工厂的沟通，了解夹单排期，随时掌握订单运作情况，跟踪客人查货情况，协助解决客人提出的问题；
3、不断与部门经理沟通交流，提高自身与工厂和客户的沟通能力、增长业务知识，以提高客户满意度为工作宗旨。


任职要求：
1、3年以上服装面料大货订单操作经验
2、简单英语读写，书面英语优秀者优先考虑
3、个性温和，有优秀的团队合作精神和沟通能力
4、具有一定的抗压能力和独立解决问题的能力，工作仔细认真.

Responsibilities:
1. Global Supplier Development
- Look fidentify suppliers in China South Asia.
- Conduct factory audits quality assessments to ensure suppliers meet client specifications ethical standards.

2. Client-Centric Sourcing
- Collaborate with buyers product developer to understtechnical requirements (e.g., BOMs, CAD Drawing, Product Brief, Risk Level) translate them actionable sourcing strategies.
- Manage RFQ processes, negotiate pricing (MOQ-based discounts), secure contracts aligned with client budgets timelines.

3. Supply Chain Coordination
- Oversee end-to-end procurement: PO placement, production follow-up, shipment scheduling customs clearance.
- Mitigate risks related to geopolitical disruptions, component shortages, logistics delays.

4. Cost Saving
- Analyze market trends to advise clients on cost-saving opportunities.
- Drive annual cost-reduction targets through supplier consolidation, value engineering, alternative material sourcing.

5. Compliance & Documentation
- Ensure suppliers adhere to client-specific quality standards, IP protection, sustainability requirements.
- Maintain accurate records of contracts, certifications, compliance documentation.

6. Client & Stakeholder Liaison
- Act as the primary interface between clients, suppliers, third-party inspectors (e.g., SGS, TÜV).
- Provide regular updates onder status, supplier performance, market intelligence.

Qualification:
