npi电子工程师岗位职责

岗位职责：
1.负责新机种工厂BOM建立，不同阶段BOM更新，及时准确发行ECN文件
2.负责新产品电子部份第二次开发（即完成产品可制造性设计DFM技术评审）
3.负责新机种新料件打样，验证，承认，签样
4.负责准备新机种安规测试样品、样机、资料
5.负责发行EN/ECN/BOM/CER/Testprocedure/Firmware等工程文件
6.负责新机种EVT/DVT/PVT/MVT各阶段料电子问题评估，完成各阶段总结报告
7.负责新机种样机EVT/DVT电子备料,主导样机制作,调试
8.负责为量产较难问题提供技术支持，协助PIE分析解决量产异常及*优化设计DFx评估
9.协助完成新产品料件、成品报关
10.协助完成新产品报价
11.协助上司，完成临时工作
任职要求：
1、大专及以上学历，电子专业优先；
2、熟练使用AD/PADS/或CAM350至少一种软件
3、电子基本功底扎实，有较强动手能力、分析能力和独立解决问题能力
4、三年以上经验，有医疗健康相关电子产品经验优先；
5、具备对不良品的分析能力并提出改善对策；
6、熟悉基础元器件的原理，具备元器件选型、电路调试、电性能指标测试和验证能力；
7、英语能够基本读写，邮件沟通，读懂相关技术文件。

岗位职责:
1.电子类新产品导入（NPI)，新产品试产问题点解决
2.新项目导入时负责同客户沟通电子技术问题。产品导入后，负责跟进ES,PP,MP过程相关的电子问题，制作试产报告。
3.参与新产品报价，DFM 报告(Design fManufacturing),BOM，ECO，ECR核对确认，制作新产品规格书。
4.协助解决生产问题，为其他部门提供电子技术支持。
5. 参与电子料供应商的审核评估。

岗位要求：
1.大专及以上学历，熟悉电子电路分析，熟练各种设计软件和维修测试仪器；
2.5年以上电子行业开发经验，或5年以上NPI工作经验；
3.熟悉电子产品硬体与软件设计过程，动手能力强， 熟悉电子产品制造流程 (NPI)， 熟悉工厂各个部门之间的运作流程，能单独承担特定项目的工作；
4.沟通协调能力强，工作执行能力强，服从上级领导的工作安排。

Duties & Responsibilities
●Engage with R&D team from development stage to understnew product electrical design test requirement, provide PCBA manufacturability assessment test coverage proposal
●Support design team on new board bring up, FPGA FW quick verification
●Define the Mfg. test plan fPCBA, drive the ICT, FCT etc. implementation in PCBA manufactures, support the necessary performance review analysis to ensure meeting design requirements quality standards
●Define the Mfg. test items Pass/Fail criteria from electrical/hardware perspective foptical electrical layer module, line card, integrated line system box with design team support
●Work with test development team to execute electrical related test procedures, validate test method analyze results, which may cover functional, BER, system link, sanity, environmental stress test etc.
●Lead the product electrical failures diagnosis including define, analyze validate the issue, track the improvement resolution to ensure meeting target yield of production
●Provide technical support upon product knowledge, process knowhow, test coverage improvement in factory mass production
●Review test bench expansion correlation yield improvement
●Support on cost reduction proposal, verification, implementation
●release BOM etc. manufacturing related documents

Qualification & Requirements

●BS degree is required, master’s degree is preferred, majin Electronics, Electrical Engineering, Telecommunication equivalent technical discipline from an accredited college university.
●More than 3 years of working experience in Telecom products related industry in global company.
●Familiar with analog digital circuit techniques, semiconducttechnology, experience in debugging I2C, SPI, PCIe bus protocols.
●Proficiency in using tools such as multimeters, oscilloscopes, communication test instruments (e.g., VIAVI, EXFO, Spirent) to independently complete diagnose task.
●Familiar with the electrical/hardware architecture of communication product control systems is a plus, experience in electrical design testing.
●Knowledge of Ethernet OTN protocols, with the ability to configure test equipment using these protocols.
