planner岗位职责

ROLE DESCRIPTION:
1. Plan schedule work to assure safety, environmental, health, other regulatory compliance
2. Develop continuously improve technical,ganizational project management skills
3. Coordinate Preventive maintenance objectives skill sets
4. Planned execution of maintenance reliability strategies feach piece of equipment (run to failure, PM PdM)

7. Drive PM optimization process modify PMs in the computerized maintenance management system (CMMS)
8. Team work with Maintenance engineer to optimize duration of estimates ftasks manpower on jobs plans
9. Schedule follow-up actions identified in the performance of planned work
10. Schedule running pm/inspections/condition based monitoring to help establish work to be performed during next intervention
11. Schedule/plan all applicable compliance activities report status to appropriate associates
12. Communicate schedule per determined departmental protocol intervals
13. Review returned workders fcompleteness plan additional work if necessary
14. Maintain planned maintenance backlog on each piece of equipment, determine tasks which can performed as planned maintenance schedule equipment downtime accordingly

16. Continuously incorporate approved changes to: process, equipment, maintenance reliability strategy procedural changes the planned maintenance activities.).
17. Participate on continuous improvement projects

19. Monitthe stock of supplies/materials ensure appropriate inventory levels are supported. Prepare requisitions cost estimates as needed fplanned work.
20. Maintaining RtPM (Real-time Production Measure) system running properly provide reliable data fanalyze/ improve production process maintenance.
21. SAP Maintenance Coordinator

REQUIREMENTS:
1. College graduate majored in Mechanical Electrical background above
2. At least 5 years electrical facility equipment maintenance management experience in manufacturing plant.
3. Basically network database management experience.
4. Familiar CMMS software(like SAP MP2).
5. Basically documents/files management experience.
6. Strong problem solving analytical skills
5. Effective communication skills
6. Certain level of English communication skills is desired

6. Account checking with the 3rd party warehouse, consignment & direct customers monthly, then inform finance to invoice. Non-invoiced monthly checking

Lead JBDC-based supply planning across multi-site MFGs, ensuring optimal balance between service level, inventory, cost. Drive NPI implementation, lifecycle management, process excellence through advanced analytics, digital tools, AI-enabled solutions.

Responsibility:
• Own manage end-to-end demand–supply flow between JBDC multi-site MFGs, ensuring on-time delivery, execution discipline, service level performance
• Monitorder fulfillment on a daily basis, proactively identify supply risks, take preventive corrective actions in a timely manner
• Analyze supply availability, constraints, shortages, respond effectively to urgent, high-priority, strategic demand
• Drive cross-functional coordination to resolve supply issues, develop mitigation plans, support escalation fcritical risks
• Optimize inventory strategy by balancing service level working capital, including safety stock management, parameter setting, continuous improvement
• Coordinate global inventory redistribution & conversion lead JBDC (E&O) mitigation
• Coordinate the JBDC based supply readiness fNPI with NPI team & Region DemPlanning
• Support full product lifecycle management, including PLC coordination, ECO/RCO implementation, end-of-life (EOL) planning
• Drive global sustaining projects participate in cross-functional supply chain initiatives to enhance capacity, flexibility, overall supply performance
• Monitkey supply planning KPIs, generate data-driven insights, support decision-making through effective reporting analysis
• Enhance planning processes, systems, tools (ERP, Kinaxis/Maestro, Power BI), actively explore implement AI-driven solutions fsupply planning optimization
• Other tasks assigned by direct supervisor.

Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree above in Supply Chain, Engineering, related field
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in supply planning global supply chain
• Strong knowledge of supply chain planning (MRP, inventory management, allocation)
• Experience with ERP systems, Maestro, Power BI
• Strong analytical skills; proficiency in Excel data analysis tools (SQL preferred)
• Familiarity with NPI, product lifecycle management
• Experience in multi-site manufacturing global operations is preferred
