planner岗位职责

我們正在尋找一位工程部的維修策劃員，以實施和優化我們的維修與改進計劃，遵循雀巢工程標準，確保資產可靠性、食品安全合規性以及在快速運行的食品製造環境中將停機時間降低。
主要職責：
• 全面落實雀巢工程政策、核心原則和 M&I 框架下的維護與改善計劃及目標
• 在資產及維護管理系統 (AMM) 中創建、更新並記錄維修計劃、任務清單和按資產劃分的 PM03 工作訂單
• 與生產部門緊密協調，安排維修活動，分配資源，並盡量減少對生產的影響
• 管理技術倉庫：包括備件建立、貨物接收、庫存盤點、5S 管理，以及主動發出缺貨風險警報
• 與備件供應商合作，確保關鍵組件及時可用。
• 參與故障分析 (BDA) 討論，推動根本原因解決及預防性改善
具備條件：
• 3 - 5 年在製造/工業環境（尤其是食品和飲料行業）的維修計劃或排程經驗
• 對維修流程、設備可靠性以及預防性/預測性維護技術有深入理解
• 熟練使用電腦化維護管理系統（CMMS/EAM），SAP PM/AMM 經驗尤佳
• 熟悉食品安全法規（HACCP、GMP）及衛生工程原則
• 出色的項目管理、組織和優先級設定能力
• 能以流利廣東話 (口語及書面語) 溝通，如懂英語更佳
• 積極主動、注重細節，並致力於持續改善及零傷害運作

Job Responsibility:
Advanced quality planning within NEP/ECM/transfer projects (APQP, inspection plans, inspection instructions, etc.)
Supports he product process FMEA activities the definition of special characteristics, together with the Win/Kon Team members.
Defines the quality-relevant acceptance criteria acceptance conditions fnew machines in the specifications supporting machine manufacturers with quality specifications standards
Lead the releases of manufacturing/assembly processes (SOP) production release
Responsible fthe creation, maintenance release of control plan inspection plan
Defines quality target of a project.
Support the selection of test measurement equipment
Job Requirement:
5 years above of relevant business experience necessary.
Problem solving (Corrective a preventive action, 8D, 5 Why, A3 Report, Ishikawa,MSA …)
Expert knowledge in core tool methods (APQP, FMEA, Control Plan, Inspection Plan, PDCA, SPC, …)
Sound technical knowledge in terms of Process Management, Quality management systems, certifications (ISO9001, VDA6.3, optional: IATF16949) Project Management Basics in Economics
English: fluent read write, fluent speaking is prefer.

Day to Day Responsibilities:
• Work closely with global SCM/PLM to understthe demvisibilityder placement requirements.
• Place Internal PO to APAC plants coordinate quick PO confirmation expedite with plants fgaps.
• Highlight Critical risks allocateders among plants fbest balanced performance.
• Assist in developing executing inventory strategies fhigh-running items, analyze excess obsolete stock to secure reduction actions.
• Good understanding of trade incoterms, provide logistics guidance to plants with best balance of transportation cost agility.
• Collect refresh latest cost on SAP ensure to place PO at the correct prices.
• MonitPO payment status. Approve invoice upload on SAP. Support finance plants to solve the aging invoices parked issue get them cleared on time.
• Support DMO team on new part number/new vendor/ new price creation in SAP.
• Support Warehouse on stock discrepancy clarity adjustment.
• Participate in key account meetings provide inputs fromder management view.
Support on tasks assigned.
• Support on other optimization projects initiatives.
Education & Experience：
• Bachelor’s degree in English, logistics, SCM.
• About 3~5 years’ experience in Planning demplanning project management is a plus.
• Having experience working in a multinational company is a plus
Required Skills：
• Fluent English speaking/writing is a must.
• Good project management skills.
• Impeccable attention to detail, passion fprocesses improvement, systems data handling
• Skilled in ERP system, SAP Preferred.
• Good MS Office experience (Excel, Power point), Power BI is a plus.
• High sense of responsibility initiative, self-motivated, good team player the ability to work with a wide cross-section of people in various locations.
• Comfortable in a fast-paced, multi-tasked, high-energy environment
• Flexibility to work across multiply time-zone in multiple languages, flexibility to balance the working time between US calendar Chinese calendar.
