Summary of Job Duties
1. As a key enabler of the Project Management Office (PMO), you will ensure operational excellence by maintaining project data integrity, monitoring process compliance, supporting tool adoption, facilitating cross-team collaboration.
2. Your work directly contributes to project health oversight highlight the risks.
Main Responsibilities
1. Maintain real-time project data (schedule/resource/budget) manage dashboards/visual reports
2. Organize PMO meetings (e.g., cross-team syncs, risk reviews) track action items to resolution
3. Govern project documentation repository (charters/closure reports) ensuring compliance & audit-readiness
4. Track high-priority project health metrics (timeline/cost/resource utilization), identifying critical risks.
5. Advise project teams on tool/template utilization troubleshooting.
6. Coordinate cross-functional operational needs (e.g., lab bookings, test environment requests)
Qualifications (Education/Knowledge/Working Experience)
1. Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Project Management, a related field.
2. Understanding of project methodologies (Agile/Waterfall).
3. Familiarity with Microsoft software (e.g., Viso, Excel, PPT, Project).
4. 1-3 years in PMO support, project coordination, operations
5. Meticulous with strong data literacy risk awareness.
