process engineer岗位职责

主要职责 Main Responsibility:
1.Responsible fthe Stabilizer’s manufacturing process (including inductive/conductive heating, hot forging, hot bending, cold bending, calibration, post bonding, injection, assembly of bushing/bracket, marking, etc.).
负责稳定杆生产全工艺流程，包含感应 / 传导加热、热锻、热弯、冷弯、校正、后粘接、注塑、衬套 / 支架装配、打标等工序。
2.Responsible fthe setup verification of process parameters, summarizing analysis of the trials run.
负责工艺参数的设定与验证，以及试产数据的汇总和分析。
3.Responsible fthe creating maintaining of process documents (such as trials run record, standardized working instruction, operating instruction, changeover instruction, setup plan, etc.); Offer training to related people.
负责编制及维护工艺文件（试产记录、标准作业指导书、操作指导书、换型指导书、调试方案等），并对相关人员开展培训。
4.Responsible fthe editing of delivery specification, reviewing of proposal design, acceptance, launch of new production equipment.
负责编制出货规范，审核设备方案与设计，跟进新生产设备的验收及投产。
5.Responsible fthe study improvement of the Capability of Machine (Cmk) performance of production equipment.
负责设备能力指数（Cmk）分析，优化生产设备运行性能。
6.Responsible fthe solving of related technical issues during trials production.
负责解决试产与量产过程中的各类工艺技术问题。
7.Responsible fthe continuously improvement of related process.
负责相关生产工艺的持续改进。
8.Responsible fthe selecting improvement of auxiliary materials.
负责辅助物料的选型与优化。
9.Support the designing improvement of tools gauges.
配合完成工装、检具的设计与改良工作。
10.Support the creating maintaining of Process Flow Chart, P-FMEA, VSA/VSM. Be a project team member to complete related tasks fnew project.
协助编制、维护工艺流程图、过程失效模式分析、价值流分析 / 价值流图；作为项目成员完成新项目相关工作。
11.Support the planning of capacity, the process input fproject quotation, layout planning investment application.
配合产能规划、项目报价工艺输入、车间布局规划及设备投资申报等工作。
12.Comply with the companys OSH policies, compliance policies, etc.
严格遵守公司职业健康安全、合规管理等各项制度。
13.Complete tasks assigned by line manager.
完成上级领导安排的其他工作。

任职要求Qualification：
1.Bacheldegree above in Mechanical Engineering related subject.
机械工程及相关专业，本科及以上学历。
2.At least 3 years’ experience in process engineer similar position, automotive industry will be preferred.
3 年及以上工艺工程师或相关岗位工作经验，有汽车行业经验者优先。
3.Familiar with manufacturing process of Stabilizer.
熟悉稳定杆产品生产制造工艺流程。
Skilled in GD&T AutoCAD. CATIA/Creo/UG will be a plus.
熟练掌握几何尺寸公差（GD&T）及 AutoCAD，会使用 CATIA/Creo/UG 者优先。
4.Practical activities related to process improvement in shop-floor.
具备生产现场工艺改善实操经验。
5.Good communication skill in both English Chinese.
具备良好的中英双语沟通能力。

岗位职责:
1.在线问题处理：解决在线制程问题，确保流程的顺畅，协助新制程导入与技术转移，解决工艺异常及减少工艺缺陷,产品良率。
2.计划并执行改进制程良率与降低制造成本的项目，提升及改善工艺能力。
3.与器件，整合，良率提升，制程整合，制造部等多部门跨部门合作。
1. Advanced module process development baseline sustaining.
2. Process stability/manufacturability improvement fyield reliability qualification.
3. Working with a team which may include device, integration, yield, module, manufacturing external suppliers to drive leading-edge integrated module development, control improvements.

7.可以适应Fab内的工作环境，接受小夜班。
1. Minimum Master degrees in BachelScience, Electrical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Physics, Chemistry a related engineer discipline.
2. Exhibit good open communication skills, be able to work within cross-functional teams, including internal external partners.
3. Fluent in English.
4. Strong knowledge of Statistical Process Control (SPC) and/Design of Experiments (DOE) principles.
5. Strong technical problem-solving analytical skills, based upon fundamental, rather than empirical models is required.
6. Hands-on participation a strong sense of ownership.
7. Willingness to make frequent fab presence.

岗位职责：
- 制定新生产线的规划，并参与新生产线的项目进度计划的制定和跟踪(如: 产线的平面布置，工艺路线等);
- 负责编制PFEMA、工艺流程图、控制计划及操作指导等工艺文件，并组织在生产车间实施;
- 参与新项目规划，并在人员、场地和物流等方面提出合理的规划;
- 分析和确认新产品的工艺流程以及提出新设备需求（OEE\Productivity）;
- 新产品的样件制作及内部放行和客户放行。
任职要求:
- 本科及以上学历，工程、机械及工业工程等相关专业；
- 3年以上汽车行业装配线或机械加工生产线工艺方面工作经验，有领导团队完成新产品投产或产品线转移的经验；
- 掌握精益生产工具，比如拉动和均衡生产、问题解决、快速换型和精益生产线设计；
- 清晰地质量控制意识和掌握质量工具的运用，如APQP PPAP、FMEA 、SPC 和 MSA；
- 良好的英语听、说、读、写能力。
