process engineer岗位职责

Key Responsibilities:
1. Projects coordination;
2. Summary tooling design rule fnew machines;
3. Managing monitoring improving resetting activity;
4. Efficiency improvement, Cycle Time reduction;
5. Machine productivity improvement;
6. Tooling product dwg. Management;
7. Tooling equipment design modification;
8. Lead Improvement Project/Activities.
Requirements:
1. Bacheleducation above in mechanism automation equivalent
2. 3-5 years working experience in process engineering, grinding&assembly process is preferred
3. Good technical knowledge on machinery grinding&assembly technology;Basic knowledge of Lean;
4. Good PC skill, Auto CAD, MS-Excel, MS-PowerPoint, Pro-E is preferred;
5. Good communication skill work attitude;Good team player able to work under pressure independently;
6. Good English speaking skills.

YOUR ROLE
1. Acting as Guangzhou NPI/MOC project coordinatfscale up production schedule, special label requirements coordination etc..
2. Leading Guangzhou NPI/MOC scale up productions validations.
3. Lead process upgrade Machine qualification
4. Lead process investigation
5. BOM&Operation time maintenance

职责描述：
1． Lead the control the process technology operations strictly following global technology process. Provide support to various troubles shooting solutions during day-to-day manufacturing operations.
严格按照公司全球技术管理规范，负责执行各类工艺技术的运用和管理工作，并为日常的生产运营中遇到的各类问题提供解决方案；
2． Support process technology development including both long short term, facilitate various implementations;
为工艺技术长远发展规划和近期工作方案的制定提供支持，并落地执行；
3． Lead the new process flow technology development, assessment summary, responsible fthe implementation document filing;
组织领导新工艺、新技术的试验研究工作，抓好工艺试验课题的总结与成果鉴定，并负责组织推广应用,搞好工艺技术资料的立卷、归档工作；
4． Responsible fwriting various process documents, setting various materials usage standards, designing facilitating various testing improvement of plant equipment facilities.
编制产品的工艺文件，制定材料消耗工艺定额；根据工艺需要，设计工艺装备并负责工艺工装的验证和改进工作；
5． Support the PFD design, review improvement fplant manufacturing facilities including the expansion project;
为公司生产车间及新扩建项目的工艺平面布置图，提供设计、审核或改进支持；
6． Plan, coordinate, schedule deliver the process technology training plan implementation by working closely with HR department the related production supervisors.
与人力资源部门和生产车间主管密切合作，组织协调一线员工的生产工艺和操作规程培训计划，并落地执行。
任职要求：
Bachelor’s degree in chemical process engineering, energy, metallurgy related area, Master is a plus;
化工工艺、能源、冶金或相关专业本科学历，硕士研究生学历者更佳；
Minimum of 5 years’ experience in process engineering, support production management experience in special petrol chemicals metallurgy business directly indirectly supporting manufacturing sites. Able to engineer the general chemical process, deliver process technology support fselecting the general chemical equipment.
精细化工、石油化工或冶金行业五年以上工艺设计、支持或生产管理经验，并且直接或间接为生产基地提供业务支持。能独立完成一般化工工艺的初步设计，以及一般化工设备选型的工艺支持。
Indirectly supporting manufacturing sites. Able to engineer the general chemical process, deliver process technology support fselecting the general chemical equipments；
精细化工、石油化工或冶金行业五年以上工艺设计、支持或生产管理经验，并且直接或间接为生产基地提供业务支持。能独立完成一般化工工艺的初步设计，以及一般化工设备选型的工艺支持。

Proficient user of MS Office suite, AUTOCAD

英语口语和书面表达流利，能作为工作语言使用者优先录用；
