project engineer岗位职责

公司性质：150多年德资企业，40多年光伏行业积淀，第三方检测检验认证机构。
服务行业：光伏、电力电子、新能源、太阳能、储能、氢能、充换电、新能源汽车、锂电池、燃料电池等。

服务内容：
1. 从事产品安全、质量、可靠性、性能和功能等的设计验证、测试开发和检测认证；
2. 提供技术评估、设计验证、检验和检测认证等技术服务；
3. 保障相关技术和产品的安全、可靠、质量与性能要求；
4. 保证符合法律法规、标准及全球各国市场准入要求。

岗位工作：
1. 针对新能源行业新技术和新产品进行技术评估、设计验证和检测认证，确保新技术和新产品符合法律法规、标准及全球各国市场准入要求；
2. 制订标准、开发测试工具、搭建测试平台、设计测试方案、制定测试流程和计划、测试、出具测试报告和认证证书；
3. 负责项目管理及销售技术支持；
4. 为企业及行业提供法规标准培训和相关技术培训；
5. 提供内外部工程师及客户培训；
6. 有必要的情况下参与论坛、研讨会、展会等市场推广活动。

任职要求：
1. 统招本科及以上学历，理工类专业（AI人工智能、电气工程、电力电子相关专业毕业）。考虑优秀应届博士毕业生。
2. 优先考虑有电力电子产品、储能产品、零部件产品、网络安全、测试和认证行业的工作经验；
3. 具有清晰的逻辑思维，良好的沟通能力和问题分析解决能力。
4. 能熟练使用办公软件（Microsoft Word, PPT, Excel等）。
5. 能阅读并理解英文技术资料、英文标准并完成英文数据、文档和报告等，有必要用英语进行基本交流。
6. 能够依据项目需要出差。

工作地点：上海，苏州，昆山，常州，深圳

矿山，机械，煤层气，撬块，钢结构等项目经验优先考虑。
Coordinate with detailing manager provide technical support to ensure drawings are issued on time as per technical requirements ffabrication.
Work with detailing team resolve fabrication related RFIs
Keep track of RFI hold registers
Actively participate in project kick off meeting
Coordinate with procurement regarding the materials management
Work with design systems (Monatrack, Matcon) to ensure satisfactory fabrication tracking reporting.
Ensure work is progressing as per project schedule, budget quality
Enforce project change management plan
Prepare project progress reports track issue log
Assist project detailing Fabrication manager in overall project handling implementation work;
ü To prepare attend to tender, costing progress meetings
ü Review documentation (drawings reports ffabrication pre-assembly report errors
ü To prepare weekly monthly progress reports
ü Monitor/ coordinate / supervise fabrication work from inception to completion
ü Attend provide technical support onsite support to customers

职责描述：
• Follows with PDP process, establishes proper planning, measures control fidentified activities list
• Plans formulates facility programganizes project team according to project requirements.
• Assigns project personnel to specific phases aspects of project by evaluation preliminary project requirements.
• Work together with relevant department on AR, GMIM
• Developing coordinating the activities of Inteva clients, consulting with cooperate functional cooperating with contractors other professionals.
• Oversees all activities related to design, quality, industrialization logistic so on, all red issue is to be captured tracked to ensure that the whole project timing should be under control.
• Evaluates approves all design changes, specification drawing releases while controlling expenditures within limitations of project budget.
• New ideas the latest qualitative quantitative problem-solving techniques shall be combined with sound judgment specific experience to provide a proven approach to solving difficult internal customer problems.
任职要求：
1. At least 3 years PM background in auto industry. Tire1 supplier is appreciate.
2. Good at English writingal.al English should be as good as possible.
