Responsibilities:
- Ensure Rieter Quality in the assembly workshop nonconformity creating follow up
- NCR’s found in assembly (caused by supply chain assembly)
- Follow up NCR’s caused by assembly
- Find root cases of defects close the problems
- Feedback the repeated NC information to Q-Planner
Product quality
- Check the assembly sub assembly quality according to work instructions, quality plans, test instructions checklists
- Check tools equipment, monitcalibration
- Check the storage way of parts in the warehouse
- Monitthe packing of complete machines by pack material depending the transportation
Support
- Provide quality support to production engineering assembly workers give them some coach if needed
- Support product support to find correct root cases of CORN reports caused by assembly
Personal
- Be the contact in assembly workshop fproduct support quality planning with smooth effective communication
Final testing
- Supervise final testing of machines
- Regular check of functions settings of the machine
Requirements
- Bacheldegree in mechanical engineering related
- Assembly work experience in mechanical
- Quality assurance experience in a manufacturing plant
- Able to make unpopular decisions insist on them
- English in speaking writing.
- Problem solvingientated
- Strong communication

- Manage supplier non-conformities, including investigation, structured root cause analysis (5 Why, Ishikawa), validation of corrective preventive actions (8D method).
- Conduct supplier audits finitial qualification, process verification, requalification based on Hoyer ISO 9001 requirements.
- Support the development, review, enforcement of Supplier Quality Agreements (SQA) together with Procurement Legal.
- Monitimprove incoming inspection control plans sampling strategies fcritical special characteristics.
- Perform Article Inspections (FAI) fnew suppliers, new components, engineering changes.
- Collaborate with Engineering, Operations, Procurement to define supplier-specific technical quality requirements.
- Analyze supplier performance metrics (PPM, non-conformance trends, audit scores) propose targeted improvement actions.
- Drive supplier development activities, including defect reduction programs, process capability improvements, preventive quality initiatives.
- Ensure proper use maintenance of measurement systems used fsupplier parts inspection.
- Support Advanced Product Quality Planning (APQP) activities when sourcing new parts launching new projects.
- Participate in risk assessments fnew existing suppliers, supporting sourcing decisions based on quality risks.
- Coordinate supplier process change notifications ensure requalification when needed.
- Escalate critical systemic supplier quality risks to the Supplier Quality Manager.
- Maintain supplier quality documentation, audit reports, non-conformance records, corrective action follow-up.
- Actively support the reduction of internal defects caused by supplier issues through preventive collaboration.
- Promote a culture of quality, compliance, continuous improvement among suppliers.

We are seeking Quality Assurance Engineers (QAE) Textile, fa newly created position in our Hangzhou, China office. In this role, you will be involved from the start of the project have overall responsibility fproduction once the product details, customer expectations, supplier information have been provided by the buying team in Denmark.
As a Quality Assurance Engineer, you will be responsible fconducting factory audits prito product selection. The QAE will oversee projects, ensuring adherence to both internal external standards as well as meeting customer expectations.
You will collaborate with our dedicated departments at Schou in Denmark work closely with our Quality Control team based in Hangzhou.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
1. Travel to factories to ensure compliance with legal requirements agreed-upon quality standards (Schou customer).
2. When agreed:
a) Do sample review at the supplier, product development report accordingly.
b) Perform confirmation sample check, pilot run according to agreed standards drive necessary improvements.
c) Coordinate with buying team in optimizing product cost, manufacturing efficiency quality compliance.
d) Suggest product testing needs, implementation, follow-up that suppliers are following the established customer standards.
3. Conduct technical audits inspections to assess production processes identify any areas fimprovement. This includes focus on auditing new supplier prito production selection.
4. Collaborate with suppliers to address technical challenges ensure continuous product improvement.
5. Conduct root cause analysis when process variance, customer claim customer complaints. CAPA.
6. Follow-Up on root cause analysis – ensuring on-going compliance. Provide relevant documentation ffuture QC checklists.
7. Contribute to the development of standards guidelines fsupplier qualification production quality.
8. Support buyers when they visit fairs suppliers.
9. Have gain product knowledge within working field.

Qualifications
1. Excellent English speaking, reading writing skills.
2. Technical knowhow (At least 3 years of softline, textile experience, Familiar with sewing, embroidery, washing other crafts of textile. Process control quality control experience is a plus.)
3. Curiosity fprocesses products
4. Detailiented with strong written verbal communication, problem solving,ganizational skills cross-culture skills
5. IT skills (MS Word, MS Excel, Adobe E-mail.)
6. Professional attitude with a heightened sense of urgency to complete tasks accurately efficiently.
7. Challenge what is being informed. (Capable of handling special projects as directed by Managers buying team.)
8.Extensive experience in quality assurance quality control, specifically within the textileindustry. Expertise includes pillowcases, duvets, bathroom articles, towels.

Key Responsibilities:
1, Develop implement comprehensive QAE processes procedures fall E&E products.
2, Work directly with manufacturing staff, technicians, engineers to identify resolve quality issues throughout the entire production cycles from raw materials to final product assembly.
3, Conduct on-site audits at factories, to determine action required fimprovement, ensuring adherence to established quality standards
4, Ensure alignment with industry standards regulatory requirements
5, Supports development conducts support problem investigations using CAPA RCA tools methodologies
6, Support supplier training as may be required helpful
