职责描述：
To mitigate all risk associated with Chemigraphic’s activities. To ensure compliance with any certification that the company requires, namely ISO9001:2015, ISO13485:2016, ISO14001:2015. Facilitate support the professional development of QA QC staff. Lead high-profile quality investigations where necessary. Be customer-facing in all matters relating to quality.

• Maintain review the company’s Quality Management System Environmental Management System
• Ensure all quality problems are investigated resolved, the log all reports are up to date.
• Ensure all equipment is calibrated
• Ensure Chemigraphic’s processes fulfill ISO requirements
• Ensure all Chemigraphic processes are regularly audited (1st party audits)
• Lead 2nd 3rd party audits as necessary
• Provide reports analyses of quality data to top management when requested
• Participate familiar with related regulations, plan, monitimplement the transaction concerning EHS to ensure company is in alignment with China regulations.
• Take the leadership in continuously improving the overall quality performance in our products service, ensuring the right quality of products to be used by customers, driving down the external DPPM reducing customer complaints.
• To handle the customer complaints RMA requests in a professional way. Ensure the right quality standard right inspection criteria being adopted. Maintain a healthy relationship with customer qualityganizations. Implementing 8D processes in customer complaints effectively
• Intensify the concept of “focus on quality - first do the right things” in the company, continuously improve the quality consciousness of the personnel, ensure the implementation of quality activities
• Ensure the effective process control process audit, identifying the weakness in production other processes areas take effective measures.
• Manage the quality of the suppliers, ensure the right quality level of materials to be used by operation resolve all the quality issues in time.
• Be responsible fthe objectives management performance appraisal to subordinators, provide the training regularly to ensure the development of their skills

•强化公司 “focus on quality - first do the right things”的理念，不断提高人员的质量意识，确保质量活动的实施.确保有效的过程控制和过程审核，识别生产和其他过程领域的缺陷并采取有效措施。
管理供应商的质量，确保生产使用的材料质量达到正确的水平，及时解决所有质量问题。
•负责下属员工的目标管理和绩效考核，定期提供培训，确保员工技能的发展
任职要求：
• Experience in manufacturing
• Experience with administering an ISO9001 QMS
• Experienced in 8D reporting
• Experienced with using MS Excel other basic software (i.e. ICT-literate)
• Ability to build good inter-personal relationships
• Demonstrable people project management skills
• Guiding/taking part in audits
• Experience in electronic manufacturing
• Experience with transitioning from ISO9001:2008 to ISO9001:2015
• Experience with ISO14001
• Experience with ISO13485
• Experience with implementing Q-Pulse
• Leading 1st, 2nd, 3rd party audits
• Advanced Excel skills (VBA/macros)
• Chartered professional status, member of a similar professional body.
• Experience in using Q-Pulse

Main Responsibility：
1.Set up improve the quality management system to ensure the compliance with the requirements of ISO9000 customers.

2.Enhance the management of IQC to ensure the quality control of incoming materials; enhance the management of PQC to ensure the customer return rate customer complaint rate under KPI requirements.

3.Make the effective follow-up action to ensure all items in“improvement plan” are solved.

4.Train the staff in quality department regularly to ensure the development of their professional knowledge skills to reach the continuously improvement of quality objectives.

7.Be responsible fthe objective’s management performance appraisal of the quality team to ensure the achievement of overall business objectives of quality department.

8.Implement the state policy related EHS to ensure the operation complying with state regulations.

2.Responsible fthe operation implementation of the management system in the department; ensure all quality activities of the business comply with accreditation standards such as ISO/IEC 17025, ISO/IEC 17065, ISO/IEC 17029, ISO 9001, relevant accreditation evaluation recognition criteria.
负责所在部门的管理体系运行及实施，推动业务部门的各项质量活动满足认可质量标准，如ISO/IEC 17025, ISO/IEC 17065，ISO/IEC 17029, ISO 9001等标准，以及相关认可机构的认可准则/评审准则等的要求
3.Cooperate with the corporate quality management department to complete conduct internal audits; independently perform assigned internal audit tasks includingganizing internal audits, developing audit plans, conducting audits, issuing audit reports; independently carry out department-level special specified internal audits when necessary.

4.Support the corporate quality department in management review; assist inganizing management reviews, preparing review plans reports, implementing improvement follow-up actions.

5.Responsible fthe investigation, handling, verification of corrective actions fcustomer complaints quality incidents.

6.Manage non-conformities track the implementation effectiveness of corrective actions; identify risks opportunities in laboratory activities, develop response corresponding measures, supervise monitoring implementation verify effectiveness check.

总体协调本部门相关各项公司级（当地公司及国内外NB，CB，检测机构，检验机构等）资质申请和资质扩充，包括CNAS/CMA/CBTL/A2LA/DAkkS等，包括：与相关各类外部认可机构的沟通工作以及在具体的外部审核及检查中，负责与评审组的沟通协调工作；协调本部门资源配合评审组工作，包括：申请前准备，审核应对，审核后整改及追踪

Job Requirements：
1.Bacheldegree above, majin Engineering related Quality Management.
本科及以上学历，工程类或质量管理相关专业
2.Familiar with ISO/IEC 17025 17065, have basic knowledge of ISO/IEC 17020, 17029, 17021 relevant support standards including ISO/IEC 17000, 17067, etc.
熟悉 ISO/IEC 17025、17065，掌握 ISO/IEC 17020、17029、17021 及 ISO/IEC 17000、17067 等相关支持标准的基础知识
3.Familiar with qualify management.

4.Good communication/coordination skill which could support handling complex projects cross department cooperation.

5.With 5 years working experience in TIC industry qualify management.
