岗位职责：
1. 参与基于 Salesforce 平台的项目开发与实施，包括 Sales Cloud、Service Cloud 等。
2. 负责 Salesforce 平台的配置与定制开发（Admin、Flows、Apex、LWC 等）。
3. 熟悉 Salesforce 安全与访问控制模型，包括 OWD（Organization-Wide Defaults）、Sharing Rules、Permission Sets、Profiles、Roles 等，并能根据业务场景合理配置与优化。
4. 根据业务需求，设计和实现可扩展的解决方案，保证系统的稳定性与性能。
5. 开发和维护 Lightning Web Components (LWC)、Aura 组件。
6. 熟悉 OmniStudio优先，能够设计和实现复杂业务流程。
7. 支持用户日常问题排查，参与系统优化和功能迭代。
8. 与业务团队、架构师协作，推动 Salesforce 平台*佳实践的落地。

任职要求：
1. 计算机或相关专业本科及以上学历，具备 2–5 年以上 Salesforce 开发/管理经验。
2. 熟悉 Salesforce 平台配置（Admin）、Sales Cloud、Service Cloud。
3. 精通 Apex、SOQL、LWC，熟悉触发器、批处理、异步调用等开发模式。
4. 有 OmniStudio 实际项目经验者优先。
5. 具备 Salesforce 认证（如 Platform Developer I/II、Administrator、Sales/Service Consultant 等）优先考虑。
6. 具备良好的沟通能力、团队合作精神及问题解决能力。
7. 能够阅读和书写英文技术文档。

加分项：

We are seeking talented SeniJuniSalesforce engineers to join our Salesforce team based in Shanghai.

Salesforce engineer will be working on one of the world’s biggest Salesforceg, working with the best salesforce implementation team in China focusing on delivering efficient effective software & application solutions on the Salesforce platform. The role allows to design a variety of end-to-end solutions including CPQ, Scheduling, Sales, Service, Marketing, integration Data Analytics. The ideal candidate would have experience in Salesforce.com application development, design, configuration implementation.

To join us, you will need:

• Proven previous hands-on experience of design development within the Salesforce application environment

• Be able to build configure, to a high standard, custom solutions using native Salesforce custom technologies including Lightning Web Components,Aura, Apex, Visualforce, Javascript, web services, general design concepts more

• Extensive experience of using Salesforce platform languages: Apex, SOQL Lightning as well as advanced administration tools like process builder, flow custom settings

• Server-less skill on Tencent Ali Cloud to extend salesforce capability using Nodejs

• Listening skills, excellent customer service skills, strong professional writtenal communication skills

• Attention to detail with the ability to analyse solve complex problems as well as provide documentation, guidance, instructions to users

• Salesforce Certifications – Service (Sales) Cloud Consultant, App Builder, Platform Developer I, and/ideally Platform Developer II



Primary Responsibilities:

• Support Salesforce development manager in effectively designing implementing required features, with a focus on delivering scalable solutions using Salesforce best practices

• Address development issues work multi-functionally with wider engineering teams.

• Support other engineering teams to integrate backend data with Salesforce via middleware to give our end users an enhanced data experience

• Manage all security settings conduct regular security/configuration audits

• Modify the sharing model as required

• Modify case setup, entitlement rules omni-channel
