Responsibilities
Lead train the team to work out feach project.
Day to day management of projects. Day to day communication with both external internal to ensure project coordination preparation.
Control of the budget spent in business activities.
Negotiation with procurement purchasing client’s department.
Accountability on the high quality of the deliverable.
Accountability on the revenues, to be defined in accordance with management team.
Skills:
Experience in Auto/Luxury/Cosmeticevents.
Good team leader analytical thinker.
5+ years in event based professionals.
Efficiency, passion responsibility.
Proficiency in both written spoken English.
Strategy planning digital/ social backgrounds would be a plus.
Retail oversea backgrounds would be a plus.

Job Description：
• Drafts creative briefs, research/test summaries with agency POV
• Leads Agency Brin consumer understanding – discussion guides, summaries
• Liaises with media planning
• Responsible fproject time management
• Participates in creative briefing review of advertising concepts
• Prepares timing plans ensures team’s project delivery to timing
• Develops distributes Project Books feach production job
• Writes daily production updates distributes to the client agency team
• Manages the approval process (agreed presence of key clients at different stages of the creative production process)
• Ensures client sign off on every stage of production
• Runs regular internal external status, review presentation meetings
• Leads Agency BrTeam in consumer understanding – collects distributes agency, client, third party research/news
• Manages financial control of creative projects
• Supervises monthly budget report / ensure timely distribution
• Writes competitive flash reports
• Writes bi-annual competitive review / collaborates with media
• Collects distributes monthly share report from the client
• Initiates runs business building ideation sessions
• Tracks progress of Total Work activities assigned to other agencies.
Position Requirements：
Bacheldegree above.
3+ years related working experience in advertising company, 4A agency working experience is preferred.
Excellental written skills in EN CN.
AUTO client service working experience.

Your Role
/ Responsible fclient project management fa variety of event pro-jects assigned by Director.
/ Work as a Project Team lead to manage proposals, timeline, internal & external budget, drive the project forward towards client’s excellence.
/ Work as a Pitch leader including brief taking, managing internal pitch process, inter-nal meetings, writing briefs, guiding creative development, proposal (PPT/keynote) preparation budgeting.
/ Main day to day client point of contact on event planning / operation, lead delivera-bles on time, on budget, by collaborating suppliers, external staffing resources, internal teams.
/ Onsite overall management overall responsibility.
/ Post-event follow up, evaluations/ external report internal debrief.
/ Responsible fproject profitability.
Your Talent
/ Minimum 6 years related practical experiences ideally from Events Advertising Agency
/ Capability of multi-projects handling, problem solving, work under pressure, detail-driven, proactive attitude, personal charisma, interpersonal skills.
/ Excellent event execution capabilities understanding of client insights, technol-ogies, resources.
/ Good at strategy thinking, problem solving, business acumen.
/ Good at both spoken & writing English Mandarin
