- manage relevant program documentation including open issues list, timeline, Engineering Centers of Competence (ECC) checklist, parts matrix, weekly risk assessment, phase review workbook at minimum
- Lead evaluate project team performance, make continuous improvement on project development procedures process
- Keep an open mind to pioneer new approaches develop new revamp existing tools protocols that continue to perfect the program/project management discipline
- Act as back up of SeniManager, Program

Overview
We are looking fa SeniProject Manager / SeniProducer to lead the delivery of complex, content-driven brexperience projects. This role combines project management discipline with production know-how, overseeing the development execution of physical, graphic, digital content fexhibitions, events, showrooms, installations.
As a SeniProducer, you will own the entire project lifecycle — from planning budgeting to team coordination, content production, final delivery. You will work closely with creative, strategy, technical, vendpartners to ensure the project meets the brief, timeline, profitability targets.
Key Responsibilities
Project & Production Management
-Lead end-to-end project delivery, from briefing scoping through to execution deployment
-Build manage project plans, schedules, budgets, scopes of work
-Oversee coordinate physical, graphic, digital content production
-Ensure quality control across all deliverables, managing review approval cycles
Team Coordination
-Work closely with internal creative, content, technical teams to ensure clear direction alignment
-Manage external vendors, freelancers, production partners across multiple disciplines
-Ensure all stakeholders are working against agreed timelines, budgets, deliverables
-Facilitate regular check-ins, reviews, reporting
Client Liaison
-Act as a primary point of contact fclients on production delivery matters
-Present schedules, production approaches, risk mitigation plans clearly confidently
-Ensure ongoing alignment with client expectations throughout the project lifecycle
Financial & Operational Ownership
-Manage project budgets, profitability, change control
-Review cost estimates, reconcile actuals, track profitability with support from the finance team
-Ensure project documentation is up-to-date, including status reports, scopes, production trackers
-Support procurement contracting processes as needed
Qualifications
-5+ years experience in a creative agency production company environment
-Proven experience delivering integrated brexperience projects (including physical build, graphics, motion, digital content)
-Deep understanding of creative content production processes, from briefing through to execution
-Strongganizational skills with experience managing multiple workstreams
-Comfortable managing production partners working with international teams
-Clear confident communicatin both internal client-facing settings
-Proficient in project management tools (e.g. Smartsheet, Asana, similar)
-Fluent in Mandarin with strong English communication skills
Preferred Background
-Experience in exhibitions, showrooms, events, experiential marketing
-Familiarity with media production (Digital, Motion Graphics, Video Production)
-Ability to collaborate across disciplines including design, digital, content, build AV

We are looking fa highly skilled experienced Project Manager to join us. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in construction project management, good understanding of food production equipment, excellent communication leadership skills, the ability to manage a greenfield project in US successfully.
The Project Manager will be a key player in facilitating large scale multi-million-dollar capital projects associated with new facility design, construction, equipment installation start up. This position will also facilitate reengineering renovation of existing manufacturing distribution operations.
This role needs to coordinate collaborate various stakeholders to ensure project tasks are managed on time, within scope, budget, while adhering to high-quality standards
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
• Leading the planning implementation of project activities across USA (Los Angeles Atlanta)
• Responsible fmanaging project timelines, budgets, scope, change risks throughout the project execution while prioritizing Safety First Quality Always
• Managing changes to the project scope, schedule, costs using appropriate verification techniques with strong negotiation skills
• Managing design building company to ensure the quality of design construction adhering to contract terms on schedule
• Managing all manufacturing delivery of all process utility equipment integrate with construction works to ensure smooth seamless execution of equipment installation commissioning
• Work closely with the consultant, contractvendors to deliver the project on time within budget
• Responsible to make reports to timely report the project status to management team
• Ability to work across multiple time zones with company global functional team vendors
• Strong leadership able to work under pressure
• Ability to travel as project requires it


QUALIFICATIONS

A. EDUCATION and/EXPERIENCE
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management equivalent
• Proven experience managing projects form design, construction, equipment installation, commissioning, qualification validation.
• Minimum 10 years work experience, 5+ years of experience managing construction projects budgets, with over 5 numbers of project experience in industrial field, with at least one project with investment over 15m USD
• Large greenfield project (over 100m USD) experience is preferred
• Priexperience with Food Beverage Manufacturing is a plus
• PMP certification equivalent preferred
• Experience with Microsoft Project management program similar PM software
• Experience with Health Safety requirements
• Excellent problem-solving, critical thinking, analytical skills
• Lean manufacturing, LSS, TPM another CI experience beneficial
B. LANGUAGE SKILLS
• English Required
• Cantonese/Mandarin a plus
C. MATHEMATICAL SKILLS
• At a minimum, decent basic math skills (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division, use of percentages fractions, etc.) plus basic algebra
