service engineer岗位职责

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Provide On-Site Support react to system down emergencies to ensure the systems are return to production in a timely matter.
- Ability to troubleshoot, diagnose repair by using the training received the knowledge of electrical mechanical skills.
- Ability to read technical drawing.
- Communicate with our technical support team globally to ensure corrective actions are taken efficiently precisely.
- Travel upon business needs to other regions, will include international travel ftraining.
- Work both independently in a team environment.

EDUCATION/TRAINING/EXPERIENCE :
- Bacheldegree above in engineering other related majoring
- 1-2 years experiences in customer service.
- Excellent writtenal communication skills in Chinese English language.
- Be able to quickly adapt to new circumstances.
- Good decision-making skills.
- Ability to encourage motivate people with responsible attitude.
- Ability to travel, including short-term long-term.

Main Tasks
Duties responsibilities include but are not limited to:
1. Support high quality after-sales service to satisfy customers
2. Handle technical inquire provide instruments installation, de-installation, maintanence, trouble-shooting repair
3. Provide effective communication to customer visiting VIP customers
4. Handling service quotation, service contract collect service AR.
5. Perform other related duties responsibilities as assigned
Education
Diploma in science engineering
Experience
1. Relevant working experience in development, technology, production service of medical instru-ment field
2. 4 years experience in engineering
3. 2 years experience in related field is preferred
Other skills
1. Logical thinking
2. Good Customer Sense
3. Fluent Chinese communication skills
4. English language skills: Proficient in writing reading, CET-4
5. Use of computer software data processing applications relevant to technical techniques

Responsibilities:
-Maintenance service of the production plant, the auxiliary equipment the building

-Periodical overhaul necessary adjustments on the production equipment
负责现场生产设备的定期检修和调整
-Maintenance systems improvement follow up
负责设备的升级和改进
-Purchase spare parts, consumable others fproduction department
管理设备备品和备件
-Maintenance stock level.
维护库存水平
-Support the production inder to synergies between both departments.

Requirements:
-Bacheldegree above, majin Engineering Electrical related
本科及以上学历，电气相关专业
-5 years working experience in maintenance area, Strong technical background especially in electrics
5年以上制造业维修相关经验, 电气背景
-Good analysis trouble-shooting skill
良好的故障分析和解决能力
-Teamwork & Pro-activity
团队精神，积极主动
-Good communication skills, fluent in Chinese English (written spoken)
良好的中英文读写能力
-Knowledge in PVD technology would be preferred
