The Role
Will be producing deliverables throughout the full lifecycle delivery of Veeva application to a wide range of Life Sciences clients. Most time you will have responsibilities fanalysis, design, configuration of the application as a Solution Architect.
Responsibilities:
·Responsible fsolution consulting, including product implementation system integration. Collaborative commerce in the pre-sales stage.
·Individual contributfVeeva products services delivery projects. Responsible fhigh quality project deliverables.
·Hands-on production of project deliverables, including technical design related documents.
·Cooperate with customer Veeva other internal team to ensure projects run smoothly.
·Grow the capabilities of the team, develop best practices accelerators.
Requirements:
·Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Software Engineering, Computer Application, Computer Science other similar degrees
·Good English reading writing skills, speaking is preferred.
·Multi-system integration experience, solid understanding of architecture.
·Proficient in SQL, with the ability to analyze optimize
·Familiar with an object-oriented language, such as Java, .NET, C++, Python
·More than 3 years ‘work experience in IT industry.
·Motivated effective self-starter that can lead colleagues customers through complexity to get results
Nice to Have:
·Work experience in the Life Sciences
·Project management customer facing experience
·Experience in CRM Events solutions
Familiar with WeChat development, HTML, JavaScript, CSS, SFDC.

How You Contribute:
Solution Design & Implementation
● Lead the end-to-end architecture design fbusiness solution systems (Middle Business Platform, OMS, B2B system, Allocation system, SCM, SAP, TMS, Finance systems, etc), including functional & technical design, data flow, integration architecture, technology selection, ensuring compliance with architecture standards best practices.
● Conduct technical feasibility analysis, risk assessment, performance optimization fsystems, proactively identifying resolving architectural bottlenecks technical challenges, guiding development teams in adhering to architectural principles.
● Define non-functional requirements such as scalability, reliability, security, maintain ability fbusiness solution systems ensure their implementation through design reviews technical validation.
● Ensure architectural governance with internal principles frameworks through a design authority process. Contribute significantly to ITGC, data & cybersecurity compliance.
● Solution implementation quality management: design development & coding guideline, monitdevelopment quality, key coding review.
Collaboration & Communication
● Cross-team collaboration with business & IT stakeholders to understbusiness requirements, translate them technical solutions, provide professional architectural guidance throughout the project lifecycle.
● Proactively coordinate resources, collaborate efficiently across domains, continuously explore, validate, implement new opportunities.
● Strong analytical, problem-solving, cross-functional collaboration skills, with the ability to balance business needs technical constraints.
● Act as the gatekeeper in the architecture review process fprojects.
Role Qualifications:
Experience & Education:
● Bachelor’s degree above in Computer Science, Software Engineering, related fields (MBA other business degrees is preferred)
● 8+ years of architect development experience (Sports industry, Retail/FMCG experience are preferred), with at least 5 years in solution architect domain-specific architect role.
● Technical experience in business solution systems, such as Middle Business Platform, OMS, B2B system, Allocation system, SCM, SAP, TMS, Finance, etc)
● Familiarity with core business processes of Retail/FMCG, Finance SAP, Ecom, Supply Chain is essential.
● Proven track record in leading end-to-end architecture design implementation fenterprise-level mid-end back-end systems, with deep understanding of system integration, data modeling, technical architecture patterns.
Technical Skills:
● Proficiency in modern Composable Architecture patterns: Microservices, RESTful APIs, Containerization, Event-Driven, Cloud platforms (AliCloud/AWS/Azure).
● Proficiency in mainstream technology stacks components (eg., Java, Python, SpringCloud, K8s, Redis, Kafka, DevOps).
● Holding Certifications with TOGAF, Zachman, AliCloud, AWS similar is strongly preferred.
● SAP ABAP, BTP, CPI skills will be plus.
● Understanding thinking of AI concept, experience in the using of AI to design development is preferred.

● Excellent communication to articulate complex technical concepts to diverse audiences in both English Chinese.
