solution manager岗位职责

Main responsibility:
1. Serve as the core leader between customers internal teams to ensure accurate alignment between customer needs solution engineering design,
2. Take full responsibility flayout design throughout the process, with responsibility concluding at the Layout Freeze stage,
3. Responsible fproject quotation calculation based on costs; compile technical scheme documents ,
4. Work with the sales team fbidding to improve hit rate ,
5. Oversee work related to detailed design, ensuring all deliverables are advanced in accordance with the customer-approved design,
6. Undertake functional design responsibilities: define the framework, core functions, implementation guidelines fdetailed design work Engineering-to-Order (ETO) packages,
7. Maintain regular communication with customers follow-up services to maintain customer relationships,
8. Other work assigned by your manager.

Necessary experience & Skills:
-Bachelors degree above; majin Machinery other fields related ,
- Have more than 10 years solution engineering work experience in intra-logistics industry equipment solution,
- Must have knowledge experience about material handing equipment solution such as conveyors, sorters, stackers, etc.,
- Excellent communication including presentation skill stakeholder management skills: Ability to communicate with technical non-technical teams, effectively engage with customers, the COO, the CTO, APAC regional teams,
- Strong sense of project sales team work capability: Capable of coordinating tasks with multiple priorities, meeting tight deadlines promoting process standardization,
- Proactive problem-solving capability: Ability to identify issues in solution design , bid processes, develop practical solutions,
- Proficient in English, be capable of communicating working in English.

主要职责 (Key Responsibilities)
方案研发与设计:
负责船舶行业（如新能源、智能化、节能环保等领域）新技术和解决方案的研究、规划与开发。
独立或带领团队完成项目技术方案的撰写、可行性分析报告及成本效益评估。
将客户需求和市场趋势转化为具体、可行的技术解决方案和产品规格。
与内部设计、工程及销售团队紧密协作，确保方案从概念到交付的顺利实施。
船级社沟通与协调:
担任公司与国内外主要船级社（如 CCS, DNV, ABS, LR 等）的主要技术联络人。
负责项目图纸、技术文件及相关文档的送审、沟通与报批工作。
深刻理解并跟进船级社的*新规范、法规及技术标准，确保公司方案设计始终符合合规性要求。
协调现场检验，解决在认证过程中出现的各类技术问题，确保项目按时获得批准。
技术支持与项目管理:
为销售和市场团队提供专业的技术支持，包括参与客户技术交流、标书应答等。
跟踪项目研发进度，识别潜在风险并制定应对策略，确保项目目标的达成。
持续关注行业动态和竞争对手技术发展，为公司的技术战略提供决策支持。
任职要求 (Qualifications)
教育背景:
本科及以上学历，船舶与海洋工程、轮机工程、电气工程及其自动化、自动化等相关专业。
工作经验:
3-5年相关工作经验，对船舶行业有深入的理解。
具备船舶设计、产品研发、项目管理或与船级社打交道的实际工作经验。
专业技能与背景:
专业背景优先： 拥有船舶轮机或电气系统（如电力推进、配电、自动化控制等）相关背景的候选人将予以优先考虑。
船级社经验： 熟悉主要船级社的规范、认证流程及要求，有成功的送审报批经验者优先。
技术能力： 具备扎实的专业基础，能够熟练运用 AutoCAD 等设计软件及办公软件。
语言能力： 具备良好的英语读写能力，能够阅读英文技术资料并进行邮件沟通。
综合素质:
出色的沟通、协调和人际交往能力。
逻辑思维清晰，具备优秀的分析问题和解决问题的能力。
