sourcing engineer岗位职责

工作职责：
1.依照公司采购策略，在工作范围内完成采购任务，合理控制采购成本；
2.供应商的开发和管理，开发极具竞争力的供应资源，完善供应渠道；
3.协助SQE实施年度供应商评审；
4.日常的品质异常处理；
5.完成采购主管交给的其他任务。


岗位要求：
1.大专以上学历，机械或营销类相关专业；
2.25岁至40岁左右，有3年以上采购资源开发经验；
3.英语书面及口语较好；
4.熟悉连接器有关的零件（包括机加五金件、压铸、塑胶、橡胶、Cable等）及其制程，对机加和电镀工艺有深刻了解，擅长价格成本分析；
5.有极强的分析问题和解决问题的能力，优秀的谈判和沟通协调能力；
6.做事条理清晰，工作积极主动，有高度的责任感和良好的职业素养；能承受较强的工作压力。

岗位职责：
1、按照公司下达的物料采购计划及时制做并下发采购订单；
2、做好跟单工作，了解供应商对订单的执行状况；
3、对自己负责采购的各类物料应做到熟悉且要及时了解市场行情，以便于比质比价采购；
4、合理安排采购物料的采购顺序，对周期长、特殊要求的物料要提早安排采购事宜，确保及时购进，以保证生产所需；
5、做好供应商管理工作，及时向上级领导反映各种异常信息；
6、跨境物流方面的比价采购；
7、上级主管交办的其他任务。
任职资格：
1、本科及以上学历；
2、具备良好的语言表达和承压能力，有很清晰的工作思路，有很强的执行能力；
3、熟练操作office、ERP等常用办公软件；
4、较好的报告和总结的能力或潜力（数据分析、PPT报告）；
5、英语可交流，能协助对接国外供货商（加分项）。

Job Responsibilities（岗位职责）
Core Technology Development（核心技术开发）
English：Lead the development of electric tools (such as electric tile cutters) motors in the domestic international tile industry. Conduct in-depth research on industry technology trends market demands to ensure the developed products have technological advancement market competitiveness.
主导国内外瓷砖行业内电动工具（如电动瓷砖切割机）、马达的开发工作，深入研究行业技术趋势与市场需求，确保开发的产品具备技术先进性与市场竞争力。
Supplier Management（供应商管理）
English：Be responsible fthe development, maintenance management of new suppliers fdomestic factories. Establish improve the supplier evaluation system, high-quality suppliers to ensure the stability efficiency of the supply chain. Meanwhile, promote the development of alternative suppliers fparts to reduce supply chain risks.67
负责国内工厂新供应商的开发、维护与管理，建立并完善供应商评估体系，筛选优质供应商，保障供应链的稳定性与高效性；同时推进零件备用供应商的开发，降低供应链风险。
Product Selection Recommendation（产品选型推荐）
English：Conduct in-depth market research technical analysis fdomestic new project products, complete product selection recommendation work, provide strong technical product support fthe smooth progress of projects.
针对国内新项目产品，开展深入的市场调研与技术分析，完成产品选型与推荐工作，为项目顺利推进提供有力的技术与产品支持。
Cost Control（成本控制）
English：Strictly in accordance with the companys requirements, conduct cost analysis control on materials related to electric products, formulate implement Costdown plans. On the premise of ensuring product quality, reduce procurement costs improve the profit margin of the companys products.
严格按照公司要求，对电动产品相关物料进行成本分析与管控，制定并执行 Cost down 方案，在保证产品质量的前提下，降低采购成本，提升公司产品盈利空间。
Headquarters Collaborative Development（总部协同开发）
English：Actively cooperate with the companys headquarters in product development work, timely communicate domestic market trends, technical requirements supplier resources to ensure the smooth implementation promotion of the headquarters product development projects in China.
积极配合公司总部的产品开发工作，及时沟通国内市场动态、技术需求与供应商资源，确保总部产品开发项目在国内的顺利落地与推进。
Other Work（其他工作）
English：Complete other matters related to the development of electric product suppliers arranged by the supervisor, actively participate in cross-departmental collaboration to contribute to the achievement of the companys overall business goals.
完成主管安排的与电动产品供应商开发相关的其他事宜，积极参与跨部门协作，助力公司整体业务目标的实现。
Job Requirements（任职要求）
Education Major（学历与专业）
English：Bachelors degree above, majin Mechanical Design, Manufacturing Automation, Electrical Engineering Automation, Materials Science Engineering other related majors is preferred.
本科及以上学历，机械设计制造及其自动化、电气工程及其自动化、材料科学与工程等相关专业优先。
Work Experience（工作经验）
At least 3 years of experience in supplier development in the electric tools, motors related industries. Those with supply chain resources of electric products in the tile industry are preferred; those familiar with the supplier management processes operation modes of foreign-funded enterprises are more preferred.
1 年及以上电动工具、马达或相关行业供应商开发经验，有瓷砖行业电动产品供应链资源者优先；熟悉外资企业供应商管理流程与运作模式者更佳。
Professional Skills（专业技能）
English：Possess solid professional knowledge in the structural design working principle of electric tools motors, be able to independently complete technical evaluation communication work in the process of supplier development.
具备扎实的电动工具、马达结构设计、工作原理等专业知识，能够独立完成供应商开发过程中的技术评估与沟通工作。
English：Be familiar with the domestic supplier market of electric products, master the skills methods of supplier selection, evaluation negotiation, have good cost analysis control capabilities.67
熟悉国内电动产品相关供应商市场，掌握供应商筛选、评估、谈判的技巧与方法，具备良好的成本分析与控制能力。
English：Be proficient in using design software such as CAD SolidWorks, as well as Office software, have certain data analysis capabilities.
能够熟练使用 CAD、SolidWorks 等设计软件，以及 Office 办公软件，具备一定的数据分析能力。
