sourcing engineer岗位职责

工作职责：
1.依照公司采购策略，在工作范围内完成采购任务，合理控制采购成本；
2.供应商的开发和管理，开发极具竞争力的供应资源，完善供应渠道；
3.协助SQE实施年度供应商评审；
4.日常的品质异常处理；
5.完成采购主管交给的其他任务。


岗位要求：
1.大专以上学历，机械或营销类相关专业；
2.25岁至40岁左右，有3年以上采购资源开发经验；
3.英语书面及口语较好；
4.熟悉连接器有关的零件（包括机加五金件、压铸、塑胶、橡胶、Cable等）及其制程，对机加和电镀工艺有深刻了解，擅长价格成本分析；
5.有极强的分析问题和解决问题的能力，优秀的谈判和沟通协调能力；
6.做事条理清晰，工作积极主动，有高度的责任感和良好的职业素养；能承受较强的工作压力。

Main responsibilities：
1、Be responsible fthe process audit assessment of potential suppliers fadmission.
2、Support the engineering department in the sample development of new products fcost reduction.
3、Support the purchasing department in the localization of old products with new suppliers.
4、During the localization new project phases as well as the mass production stage, drive suppliers to conduct effective root cause analysis improvement measures fproduct development.
5、Be familiar with processes such as machining electroplating; knowledge of casting is a plus.
6、Be responsible fthe FAI of suppliers.
7、Drive continuous improvement activities among suppliers.
8、Monitthe performance of suppliers in a timely manner work proactively with them to achieve minimal no defects.
9、Promptly develop procurement plans placeders after communicating with suppliers
10、Take charge of issuing purchaseders, trackingder progress in a timely manner
11、Responsible fconfirming the technical parameters of materials with Tech dept., work closely with quality Tech dept. to ensure timely availability of purchased materials
12、Manage suppliers on a daily basis, coordinate handle business disputes
13、Coordinate receipt of goods promptly apply faccounts payable
14、Continuously seek cost reduction opportunities with supplier internally
15、Work with Tech closely to provide quotation from suppliers fnew products price negotiation

Job requirements：
1、Bachelwith engineering similar mechanical
2、More than 5 year’s experiences as machining/plating supplier quality development management，sourcing procurement experience preferred
3、Good English communication skills, written
4、Technical background on machining/ plating in hydraulic industry is preferred
5、Familiar with machining manufacturing process measuring plus GD&T
6、Familiar with 8D, PPAP, problem solving other quality tools.
7、Excellent quality system ISO9001 knowledge experience
8、candidate should be located in Xuancheng(宣城) Wuhu(芜湖)
