This position is responsible fexecuting sourcing plans, proactively search fqualified suppliers to meet business plan of Scania purchasing to make & execute purchasing strategies targets fthe segment supplier developed automotive components.
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily but not limited to:
Fthe Asia market, proactively search fsuppliers to meet the business plan outlined from Scania Purchasing;
Make & execute purchasing strategies targets fglobal sourcing localization project ;
Regular communication & alignment with the globalganization fstrategy plan;
Supplier capacity management & component shortage handling;
New technology & start-up scouting, cooperate with the globalganization fnew projects;
Evaluate material parts suppliers fquality, process control capacity;
Make RFQ, evaluate quotation, propose & nominate supplier;
Work closely with the suppliers to develop new parts improve production quality ;
Cross function cooperation globally to ensure the technical specifications is followed project schedules are kept;
Conduct business negotiations with suppliers in the region following agreed targets;
Locally support allders placed at the suppliers in the region including following ongoing activities regarding tools, production, quality, delivery schedules logistics;
Cooperate with logistic, sales, engineering production departments to fulfill the lead time targets;
Build a supplier base in Asia;
Follow VW group work journey.

Education and/Experience
University degree in Mechanical Engineering other applicable fields;
Experience of sourcing purchasing other applicable fields preferably from Automotive/ Mechanical Industry ;
Experience with supplier developed automotive components
Experience in working in a manufacturing/quality environment;
Experience in supplier evaluation.

3、对新产品或新供应商的报价，根据市场信息进行评估、比价、议价，作出判定；
4、新供应商评审申请合格后，签定采购合同、提请供应商准入申请；
5、优化供应商资源、执行供应商的二次评估，降低成本。
6、领导交办的其他工作。
任职资格：
1、大专学历，食品或快消品供应商开发工作经验；
2、五年以上工作经验，熟悉供应商开发、管理流程经验；
3、良好的成本控制意识强。了解供应商开发流程及基础规范；
4、了解食品产业链及动向，有丰富的供应商资源和商务谈判能力；

GENERAL STATEMENT OF DUTIES:


This position will participate in prospecting potential suppliers while building their knowledge of new suppliers, materials, processes, cost, lead time, quality, compliance. Under the direction of the SeniManager, Sourcing, this position will manage a group of suppliers, including sourcing, negotiations on pricing other commercial terms lead supplier business reviews. The role is also responsible fmanaging supply chain readiness fnew product development across the products in this category.



ESSENTIAL DUTIES RESPONSIBILITIES:

Manages, coordinates directs supply chain management activities through day-to-day tactical long-term strategic activities fassigned categories suppliers; including the establishment of strategic goals, plans, outlooks, objectives metrics.

Develops industry/market trend analysis, competitive situations, commodity price trends, supply/demsituations fassigned spend categories.

Work with Buyer team to ensure that supply is scheduled to effectively meet demand, assist in inventory management.

Negotiate facilitate approval fnew supplier contracts agreements under the direction of the SeniManager, Sourcing.

Understincorporate business requirements fassigned spend categories vendrelationships business practices act as the owner of the relationship interaction with assigned supply base.

Set meet TQRACC (Technology, Quality, Responsiveness, Availability, Cost Compliance) objectives fthe suppliers / programs within the scope of the role.

Measure manage supplier performance to ensure productivity, timely deliveries, high service levels adherence to quality specifications all other business requirements.

Meet exceed cost reduction goals, while reducing risk in the supply chain.

Lead and/support supplier business reviews fassigned group of suppliers

Participate in new product development deliver across all elements of supply chain readiness

EDUCATION EXPERIENCE:


Effective written verbal communication in English Mandarin

Able to work independently make recommendations

A Bachelor’s Degree in a business, supply chain other related field.

A minimum of 5-7 years’ work experience working with manufacturers

Must be computer savvy with extensive MS Office experience.

Able to travel within the geographical area sometimes throughout China
