sr. software engineer岗位职责

职位描述

• 为公司核心业务系统提供可复用的基础服务和解决方案，包括异构多数据源（SQL，NoSQL，云原生数据库等）上的中间件研发以为应用提供数据访问的控制与优化。为广告投放，搜索引擎等提供实时数据流Streaming。基于Analysis数据分析优化核心数据库的数据模型。

• 持续优化、重构现有系统，支撑业务的快速发展；

• 负责端到端的软件开发工作，包括需求分析、设计编码、测试运维、文档撰写、技术支持等。



任职条件

• 3年以上开发经验；熟练使用一种或多种通用编程语言，包括但不限于：Java、C/C++、Python 或 Go。

• 熟悉Linux/Unix，具有良好的数据结构和算法基础；

• 熟悉分布式架构，缓存、消息队列等常用中间件，有大规模在线服务设计和开发经验优先；

• 熟悉关系型数据库或NoSQL；

• 具备良好的团队协作意识，自我驱动，热爱学习，能够在压力下高效工作；

• 具有优秀的英文读写能力和基本的英文沟通能力，能应对英文工作环境。

Key responsibilities 主要职责：

1. Develop key control software sub modules based on software framework

2. Implement new customer requirements features in existing software

3. Trouble-shoort a variety of complex problems, perform Root Cause Analysis resolve a variety of difficult software issues.

4. Communicate with internal external customers regarding software requirement issues

5. Maintain current software, Solves reported problems implement bug fixes. Take a new perspective on existing solutions.

6. Go to customer site support software upgrade problem solving



Key requirement 资历要求 :

1. MSCS/BSCS equivalent experience, with strong software development skill

2. 5+ years of experience in software development product release

3. In-depth knowledge of programming in C/C++, C#, DCOM, JAVA, XML, etc.

4. Excellent English communication capabilities (oral writing)

5. Familiar with scripting tool development with Python Perl

6. SEMI semiconductequipment control software experience is preferred.

7，本科及以上学历，五年以上J2EE后台工作经验
