supplier quality engineer岗位职责

Description:
1. Monitor, control and coach supplier quality performance.
2. Lead supplier quality issue analysis and improvement (G8D).
3. Supplier process audit and findings follow up.
4. Lead part product evaluation plan(PPEP).
5. Schneider Performance System deployment (supplier management).

Qualifications:
1. University Degree and above;
2. At least 3 years quality experience in Mechanical/Electric or relevant field
3. Good at quality tools, like FMEA, 8D, 5Why, MSA, SPC, L6S etc.
4. Fluent English both written and orally.

Ensure the non-conforming suspected parts from the sub-suppliers are handled properly.
Ensure handling of warranty parts returned by customer.
61 Ensure correct handling of non-conforming suspect incoming goods according to company procedure; Perform claim process to sub-suppliers follow up on 8D reports;
61 Timely effective containment measures taken fquality problems in both company customer plant;
61 Ensure handling, analysis information flow of warranty parts returned by customer according to company procedure customer requirements. Prepare monthly reporting finternal customer use.
61 Conduct process audits at suppliers as defined with customer request.
61 Conduct monthly monitoring analysis of supplier non-conformities supplier PPM.
61 Support customer project team in supplier APQP process during project phase.
61 Conduct employee training incoming inspectors;
61 Complete the tasks assigned by management.

岗位职责：
- According to new project plan, implement activities of part development related with supplier, ensure part released in time;
- 根据项目计划，实施供应商相关产品开发活动，确保按项目计划完成产品放行；
- Based on part specification, handle supplier responsible complain, feedback to related department;
- 基于零件规范，处理供应商零件相关投诉，并反馈给相关部门：
- Receive supplier complain information from related departments, based 8D method, take internal actions in plant to avoid further quality risk to production;
- 从相关部门获得供应商相关的质量投诉信息，根据8D方法，在内部采取措施，避免不良零件对生产产生进一步质量影响；
- Push supplier analysis root cause, define & implement corrective actions, then assessment report from supplier, to ensure root cause is defined correctly, corrective actions are implemented, avoid failure happen again;
- 推动供应商分析失效原因并定义实施改进措施，然后评估供应商的报告，确保失效根本原因清楚定义，以及改进措施的实施并起到预期效果，避免失效再次发生；
- Feedback status of complain internal, share lesson learn with different plants & suppliers if necessary;
- 在内部反馈投诉的状况，并在必要时共享经验教训给不同的工厂及供应商；
- According to result of part release related specification, define & maintain inspection plan in SAP in time;
- 根据零件放行结果和相关规范，及时在SAP中定义并维护进料检验计划；
- Keep monitsupplier performance, take continue improvement actions, to achieved defined supplier quality target;
- 持续监控供应商质量表现，采取持续改进措施， 以达成约定的供应商质量目标；
- Support customer & third part visits/audits in SGCC fsupplier topics.
- 支持客户/第三方机构审核中关于供应商相关的事项。
任职要求：
- Bacheldegree in mechanical electrical engineering;
- 本科及以上学历，机械或电机工程专业；
- More than 3 years working in automotive industry as supplier quality assurance;
- 至少3年汽车行业供应商质量管理工作经验；
- Know well about IATF16949 system;
- 了解TS16949质量体系要求；
- Know well about quality tool, APQA, PPAP, MSA, FMEA, SPC etc;
- 掌握相关质量工具，如APQP, PPAP, MSA, FMEA, SPC, 等；
- Experience of supplier audit & process release based on VDA6.3;
- 有基于VDA6.3的供应商评审以及过程放行经验；
- Know well about 8D method can use 8D method to solve quality issue;
- 了解8D方法，并能运用8D方法解决质量问题；
- Knowledge of measuring technology;
- 掌握测量技术及要求；
- Good communication skill;
- 良好的沟通技能；
- Good commof English in reading, writing, listening speaking.
- 良好的英语听、说、读、写能力。
