Requirements:
Bacheldegree in IT related disciplines
4+ years experiences in ETL development with PowerBI Powercenter
4+ years experiences in PowerBI configuration Real time data processing
Be familiar withacle SQL Server
Good understanding of SQL tuning, ETL DWH methodology
Good at English Reading Writing
Knowledge in insurance application ACORD is added advantage

岗位职责:
Tableau开发与优化：
1. 独立完成Tableau仪表板的设计、开发及性能优化，确保可视化效果直观且高效。
2. 根据业务需求（零售/财务/营销场景）设计数据模型和交互式报表。
需求沟通与项目管理：
1. 与客户及跨部门团队（业务、财务、IT）高效沟通，准确理解需求并制定开发计划。
2. 合理排期并承诺交付节点，确保项目按时高质量完成。
数据查询与处理
1. 编写复杂SQL查询，进行数据提取、清洗及性能调优。
2. 参与ETL流程开发（如 Python, Talend等工具）。
合规与团队协作
1. 严格遵守数据安全及合规要求，确保报表权限和数据的合规使用。
2. 能够评估和计划好自己的任务和工作，处理项目中的优先级冲突，维护良好的客户关系。
任职要求:
1. 5年相关工作经验，至少3年Tableau专职开发经验（需提供作品或案例）。
2. 精通Tableau（计算字段、参数、LOD表达式、性能优化等）。
3. 熟练编写复杂SQL（窗口函数、查询优化），熟悉主流数据库（MySQL/Oracle等）。
4. 熟悉零售行业业务流程，具备财务或营销数据分析经验者优先。
5. 出色的客户需求沟通能力，能平衡客户期望与项目可行性。
6. 抗压性强，能管理多方优先级，情绪稳定且结果导向。
加分项
1. 英语良好（可读写英文文档或与海外团队沟通）。
2. 掌握ETL工具Talend或Python数据处理
3. 了解数据仓库，阿里云等。

Job Description –
1. Daily Deliverables:
a. APAC ACCESS: Copying calls from Asia Navigatfile preparing tomorrow new calls. Keeping the file up to date.
b. Broker Votes update: Keep updating Broker Votes of accounts as per priority.
c. Tableau Dashboard: Keep working on Tableau Dashboards as required fthe project.
d. Keep updating GBV Tool as when updating required.
e. Any request on priority.
2. Weekly:
a. Broker Vote Results: Launch the BV results fthe week which include uploading to Share point as well.
b. Launch Replay Library every Friday.
c. Launch Marketing Slots fAnalysts in Apac access from Compass.
d. Upload BV to New GBV Tool online released previous week.
e. newly received ranks to GBV.
3. Monthly:
a. Heatmap
b. Touchpoints
c. Research Dashboard
d. Ranking Chart
4. Ad-Hoc:
a. Roadshow direct Link in Compass.
b. Tableau Requests
c. Touchpoints download
Candidate Requirement:
1. Advance Excel, VBA.
2. Tableau: Creating parameters, Calculating Fields, Blending data layers, complex dashboards.
3. Compass Software.
4. Login at 9:30am, logout 7pm. Break 1-2pm.
5. Every Monday noon – Team call to discuss week’s agenda.
6. UnderstTouchpoints, Heatmap data.
7. Friday login 8:30am, logout – 5:30pm. Break 1-2pm.
