工作职责:
1、负责本工序设备能力提升，提升设备的OEE,提升设备的MTBF能力，降低设备的MTTR；
2、负责疑难故障的分析、解决以及归纳总结，形成设备知识库；
3、负责组织工艺设备的优化改造，提升设备效率，降低设备故障率；
4、负责对重大项目的维修提出可行的改善和实施方案；
5、负责参与专业维修进行专业知识和问题分析方法的培训。
7、领导交派的其他任务。
任职资格:
1、大专及以上学历，有2年以上锂电行业电芯设备维护经验；
2、熟练使用Word、Excel、Powerpoint等办公软件，具备较好的文字功底和语言表达能力；
3、具有较强的组织协调、分析能力，能够充分利用资源，做好设备保障工作；

Key Tasks:
Conceptual design of the HV battery system in concept phase
Coordination of project-specific requirement sets (MIP, LAH, etc.) based on master requirement set. Including requirement derivation allocation.
Securing the fulfillment of requirements binding obligations at the system level.
Coordination of technical problem solving among professions to achieve optimal result at the system level.
Evaluation of consequences of deviations from a holistic technical perspective formulation of a statement.
Definition of criteria (checklist, etc.) verification fdesign freezes releases.
Support in product optimization, including cost reduction.
Coordination of project-specific evaluation compliance check according to target market and/global standards & regulations.
Ensure consistancy tracebility of documentation in overall system development phases.
Support of technical design in case of in-house development.

Qualification skills required fthe position:
Engineering degree in automotive, electrical, mechanical respective fields
3+ years, battery and/E/E experience preferred
Professional experience in automotive hardware and/software development.
Inter cultural affinity ability to empower people.
Skilled with efficient management of complex projects with many stakeholders.
Self-organized analytical thinking.
Convincing, strong ability to negotiate.
Strong problem solving abilities in complex environment.
Experience with requirements management the necessary tools (e.g. DOORS/Polarion).
Language: Fluent English is must, Chinese and/German is appreciated.
