新产品开发经理岗位职责

Job Description:
- To supervise guide a team of NPI engineers to meet company objectives.
- To provide yield process optimization improvement.
- To ensure new product meets customers specifications on time delivery.
- New material evaluation qualification.
- New product process development.
- To resolve all issues encountered during sample run prito production.
- To liaise with other sites on transfer products.
- Know comply with EHS instructions policies.


Job Requirement:
- Bachelors degree, majin Chemistry electronics
- Min. 8 years related experience in PCB manufacturing
- Good English reading writing, with ISO9001, DOE background
- Ability to solve complex problems; strong planning implementation capability
- Strategic thinking, ability to build integrate different work teams
- Good team management ability, strong motivation, communication, coordination, team leadership

1、关注行业的技术发展趋势，推动团队采用新的技术和方法，提升产品的竞争力
2、统计、分析公司在技术中所存在的问题，组织和实施公司重大技术攻关
3、参与技术评估和选型，确保产品的技术架构和解决方案的合理性和先进性
4、制定、优化公司新品开发流程并组织实施
5、根据市场需求，负责新品开发立项、制定开发计划，成立项目组并推进项目实施；制定项目计划，明确项目的里程碑、任务分配和时间节点，并进行有效的项目监控和风险管理
6、负责客户技术协议评审并对技术要求进行内部转换
7、负责审核内部图纸和产品流程文件、APQP、PPAP，确保及时性与准确性
8、组织U8系统BOOM、MES系统工艺流程的搭建并进行审核
9、负责产品报价，为销售完成前期市场开发提供技术支持。
（二）任职要求：
1、本科及以上学历机械类相关专业，英语读写熟练
2、5年及以上产品开发经验；5年及以上技术管理工作经验
3、熟悉金属材料、紧固件标准、表面处理、热处理知识；具有模具设计能力、绘图软件、技术开发能力、技术问题分析处理能力
4、对行业发展趋势有敏锐的洞察力、业务驱动思维、结果导向

SUMMARY

This position requires to provide great supports fall facets of development activities in the NPD group, act as the technical leader to drive problem solving design freeze, the main technical contact window with AE, the reporter to Engineering directfactory leadership team. Also need to support trouble shooting solve historical compliance issues fsustaining products.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES RESPONSIBILITIES

1.Contribute leadership management skills to oversee a team of about 6~10 persons independently.
2.Set up the annual KPI monitthe KPI on track.
3.Lead coordinate NPD engineers to work with customers function team to drive the projects from NPD to mass production on schedule without any delay.
4.Lead coordinate NPD engineers to maintain all sustaining products, keep communicating with internal external stakeholders.
5.Act as the technical leader to drive problem solving effectively through applying the correct logic thinking data driving.
6.Monitcoordinate NPD engineer’s communication with customer AE, respond to customer’s requests on time.
7.Monitcontrol all technical documents in new products development including RFQ, CRM, engineering drawings, BOM, DFM etc.
8.Train coach engineers new employees regularly.
9.Establish engineering talent development ladder training program.

QUALIFICATIONS

1.Bachelors degree in Mechanic/Electric Engineering/Communication Engineering related science.
2.5+ years of related experience in new product development. At least 3 years management experiences.
3.Be familiar with plastic/metal material characteristics injection/ machining process.
4.Be familiar with ISO13485 medical system, cable assembly NPI is preferred.
5.Goodal English can present in English independently.
6.Outstanding trouble shooting skills with correct logic thinking sequence fproblem solving, be familiar with 6-sigma, be able to do data analysis is preferred.
7.Excellent leadership, be good at talent development.
8.Aggressive can work under high pressure.
9.Quickly response capability.
