Job Descriptions
1. Supervise the team’s merchandising activities in the entireder process to ensure customer satisfaction on-time delivery
Identify potential vendors materials fproduct design development
2. Research identify suitable product market trends
Establish enhance long-term business relationships with customers through provision of quality customer service to maximize business growth
3. Understthe customer needs requirements, develop an effective sourcing strategy
4. Communicate coordinate production follow up with the offshores offices
5. Lead a team of merchandisers
6. Manage day to day merchandising posses from sourcing, product development,der allocation/scheduling strategic, vendmanagement, cost budget control coaching the team members to ensure cross-functional relationships
7. Establish enhance long-term business relationships with customers through provision of quality customer service to maximize business growth
8. Perform other duties as assigned by Management

Requirements
1. Experience in Furniture EU/USA market
2. Strong product material knowledge with good development skills, familiar with merchandising product development process
3. Able to work under pressure, resultiented, excellent communication skills, self-motivated, responsive detail minded
4. Ability to build strong relationships with the team as a good team leader, communicate effectively with internal external parties
5. Wellganized individual, able to manage multiple tasks, strong problem solving skills, able to meet deadlines
6. Monthly business travel is required.
