助理实施顾问岗位职责

Responsibilities:1.Responsible for payroll related (including pay, mandatory benefits, supplemental benefits, etc.) process integration and process re-designing or re-engineering2.Define project requirements and build efficient e-process based on the system capability3.Responsible for the project Due Diligence, Standardization of Process, Data transition, Reconciliation and process enhancement/development4.Interact with the clients on Regular basis to ensure receipt of data, address gaps in understanding / data for timely completion of the project5.Responsible for the project management to ensure the fulfillment of project goal which includes developing project plan, establishing project management process and system to ensure the timely and qualified delivery6.Establish and maintain good relationship with clients7.Coordinate with related resources to solve the project issuesRequirements:1.Willing to do a good job in payroll and HR outsourcing industry2.University degree and above3.1+ years payroll experience required4.Good knowledge in at least one of the HR areas: C&B / HRIS / HR consultation5.Be professionally trained in ERP software application (SAP, PeopleSoft, etc) will be a plus6.Payroll related project experience and knowledge is mandatory. Should be conversant in Excel7.Good knowledge in business process understanding and requirements analysis and consultation8.Demonstrated ability in developing working relationship with people of diverse background9.Strong verbal and written communication ability in English and Chinese10.A self-starter, strong in analytical and consultative skills11.Independent thinker and willing to collaborate contribute and support as part of a team 其他信息 所属部门：薪酬人事服务部

岗位职责:
1.负责客户资源的整合与管理，确保项目顺利实施。
2.与客户进行有效沟通，了解客户需求，提供专业的解决方案。
3.监控项目进度，确保项目按时交付并达到预期效果。
4.协助客户进行项目培训，确保客户能够熟练操作ERP系统。
5.维护客户关系，建立良好的客户服务意识。

任职要求：
1.具备良好的沟通能力和协调能力，能够有效解决客户问题。
2.具有良好的客户服务意识，能够建立和维护良好的客户关系。
3.有车，有驾照，需要去客户（宁波或省内），转正前必须达到
4.较强的学习能力与抗压能力，有想赚钱的欲望
其他说明
1.硬性要求，转正必须有驾照有车，转正时长1-3个月
2.非纯技术岗，沟通能力大于技术能力，技术方面仅涉及sqlserver
3.有奋斗精神
4.薪资架构为变动式底薪+职位提成（有能多得）
5.马上能来面试（没有线上面试）

都是政府项目，需要在校生！！可接受大一、二、大三实习生 至少要实习半年！！！
岗位职责：
1. 负责现场环境调研；公司软件的安装、调试、培训、售后、验收等工作
2. 负责编写工作期间工作计划、汇总、日志
3. 负责对项目现场与各方进行沟通、协调
4. 负责对客户进行回访、以及项目质量进行评估
5. 负责协助区域经理进行相关的技术支持
任职资格：
1. 本科及以上学历，会计、财务、计算机相关专业优先
2. 从事过实施、应用、运维工作，熟悉mysql、oracle数据库，能独立解决相关解决方案者优先；
3、有软件开发经验、熟悉云平台、微服务优先。
4. 具备服务意识，具有良好的沟通、协作能力及职业道德操守；
