1.Update BJ IFM on site staff contact list regularly.
2.Update IFM email group in global contact list.
3.Set up email redirection (Link between JLL email and client email)
4.Post positions to appropriate Internet sources
5.Improve the company website recruiting page to assist in recruiting
6.Review applicants to evaluate if they meet the position requirements
7.Conduct prescreening interviews for Junior level staff
8.Monthly Payslip distribute and deliver..
9.HR related material distribute and deliver.
10.Coordinate with HR events, such as annual dinner, team building ,etc.
11.Backup on site when requested
12.All other HR clerical and administrative duties as directed
