Working with assigned customers to implement a strategy, and internal marketing campaigns, to promote, and increase usage to eligible users – via demonstrations and presentations to physicians, end users, senior hospital management.
Proactively developing new relationships with key clinical staff, senior hospital management, IT, and other decision makers, within our existing customer base, as well as other influencers in the sales process
Identifying opportunities to upsell and expand our service within your assigned account.
Preparing and analysing usage data reports to monitor and assess usage at trial sites, and existing subscribers.
Facilitating customers and coordinating the internal/external stakeholder to integrate products to customers’ legacy systems.
Attending local medical conferences to promote and demonstrate UTD to potential customers - institutional or individuals.
Raising product awareness through site trials, on-site demos, marketing conferences & exhibitions.
Cooperating with marketing team to Set up and provide training sessions for customers - including ‘C’ Suite, Clinicians and end user.
Manage and develop Populating, and growing, our CRM system with key contacts and influencers in the sales process and maintaining accurate records.
Manage sales pipeline to ensure achievement of quarterly, and annual revenue sales targets
Medical informatization and knowledge base related sales work experience
Strong teamwork skills
Comprehensive understanding of the hospital/medical procurement process
Excellent communication skills and clear expression skills, skilled operation office and other office software
Can adapt to frequent business trips
