-Responsible for own territory sales. Must deliver against quarterly & annual revenue target.
-Work closely with channel managers to expand and stabilize sales channels.
-Help to analysis sales data of channel partners, capture the new business opportunities that satisfy the growth of the related territories.
-Provide product training for channel partners.
-Provide high-quality support such as products quotation, contacts negotiation and lead time tracking to help the team acquire and retain customers.
-Effectively communicate with all levels of the internal and external organization.
-Ability to multi-task and maintain a heavy workload
-Bachelor or Master degree major in Molecular Biology, Cell Biology, Biochemistry or the equivalent knowledge and industry/functional experience.
-Requires a minimum of 2 year’s work experience
Experience with technical sales, sales management and/or dealer management.
-Self-motivated, initiative, open-minded, strong sense of responsibility and detail-oriented.
-Ability to utilize PC software, i.e. Word, Excel to track sales data
-Good written and reading English communication skills are preferable.
