工作职责：1. Build rules and mechanisms for cross-function and cross-region teams to cooperate; Include but not limited to China, the United States, Southeast Asia, Japan and India;2. Facilitate the coordination among strategy, marketing, sales, pre-sales and customer support teams to drive business development and meet business objectives;3. Deliver regular reports of progress review in your region;4. Identify issues in existing operations and develop optimization plans;5. Manage third-party agencies;6. Other key projects support.任职要求：1. 5+ years of project management, consulting, or marketing operations experience;2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to clearly communicate in written documents, and to deliver regular updates and feedback;3. Excellent team work and leadership skills, with the ability to work effectively with a diverse team;4. Experience of leading cross-functional projects and managing multiple projects simultaneously;5. Experience of working with C-level executives;6. "Always Day 1" spirit and passionate to grow with the organization;7. Fluency in both English and local language is required.
