?Deep knowledge and understanding of brand and customer strategies and goals for assigned portfolio of BU’s, brands and countries within the Region. Acts as Single Point of Contact for assigned portfolio.
?Provide Multi Channel Marketing expertise to partner with assigned portfolio of regional and country teams in the development of:-
?MCM strategy and goals that meet needs of HCP, patients, and other customer* types
?Integrated multichannel marketing plans in support of long term strategy and annual Operating Plans
?Build Go-To-Market Model that meet the needs of china business team
?Determine and secure resource needs with Country and Regional business teams to execute on agreed MCM plans
?Identify opportunities for synergies across business teams to gain maximum value from collective MCM investment across the region. Gain alignment and buy in from business teams to execute on identified synergies.
?Manage the Multi-Channel Platforms that are owned by GCO China, especially the E-Wisdom WeChat. And ensure the Multi-Channel Platforms upgrade & operate well according to business requirement.
?Lead development of MCM implementation plans with cross functional team. Partner with functions within and outside of GCO and global resources to ensure that in-market Multi-Channel services and programs are effectively executed, consistent with agreed service levels channel standards and compliance requirements.
?Ensure all programs have applied metrics which are actively monitored and measured and corrective actions taken
?Understand and apply the principles, practices, and ethics involved in developing effective Multi Channel Marketing programs. Apply marketplace and competitive profiles, product profiles, market research, and detailed analyses to develop and enhance innovative multichannel marketing programs and strategies for assigned portfolio in the region Eco-System
?Up-skill and develop assigned business teams in Multi Channel Marketing capabilities, using formal and informal approaches

?Educated to degree level – Minimum BA
?Over 10 years’ work experience:
oSignificant marketing or sales experience, preferably in marketing to health care professionals
oDemonstrable experience working with Multi-Channel Marketing programs in Pharma and/or Consumer fields
oExperience in executing projects across business entities and/or geographies
oStrong ability to lead cross – functional teams to deliver on time and within budget
oAbility to manage multiple projects and timeframes in a complex organizational structure and multitask in a cross-functional role
oStrong strategic thinking and analytic skills
oStrong interpersonal, influence and communications skills
oStrong partner relationship and collaboration skills - ability to generate credibility with and respect from colleagues and external parties at all levels in the organization
oExperience working with agencies/vendors
oA working understanding of marketing and campaign management solutions offerings
oAbility to work with metrics and KPIs to evaluate, communicate and optimize the performance
