1. Explore insight of both external customer and internal key stakeholders' unmet needs of digital channels, with external awareness of latest vendor/partner's capability on digital channels

2. Stay up-to-date with current technologies and trends in Marketing programs, design tools and applications

3. Take lead in the innovative solution development and drive execution excellence
领导创新解决方案的制定,推动卓越执行
4. Work closely with cross functional teams to gain proposal approval, work with sales, IT, digital team, marketing 4Ps etc to make it into reality, including online platform building, POV data connection, online offline collaboration

5. Manage budget within agreed limits

JOB-HOLDER ENTRY REQUIREMENTS:
Education:
• Bachelor’s degree or above
本科或以上学历
Experience & knowledge:
• At least 3-5 years of work experience in consumer interaction
至少3-5年消费者互动工作经验
• Be familiar with digital Marketing, prefer working experience in internet company, involved in zero to one innovative projects
熟悉数字营销,有互联网公司的工作经验,参与从无到有的创新项目
• A solid body of work experience and practical knowledge in market research, product marketing and market promotion activities among others
具备切实的市场调研、产品销售及推广活动等方面的工作经验和应用知识
• Ecommerce experience highly desired

• Excellent communication skills and interpersonal skills,
