?Developing and maintaining a culture of integrity and awareness of compliance issues within its area of responsibility.
?Developing and overseeing control systems to prevent or deal with violations of legal guidelines and internal policies.
?Identifying, managing, mitigating and solving compliance and integrity issues and risks within its area of responsibility.
?Review and updating of the branch's compliance policy to ensure that it is up-to-date and in compliance with current internal and external rules and regulation.
?Revising procedures, reports, and contracts etc., periodically to identify hidden risks or non-conformity issues.
?Work closely with department managers to review all departmental policies for compliance issues and internal contact person for ongoing requests for compliance related issues.
?Ensuring adequate training of all relevant employees in general and specific Compliance matters.
?Provide day to day legal support to suit business needs.
?Other tasks regarding Compliance topics to be specified by the superior.
?Ability to understand the business, its strategies, people and organizational structure.
?Strong analytical skills regarding Compliance and business issues and risks.
?Sound judgement when balancing Compliance risks against business benefits.
?Strong communication skills to convince people and gain trust and confidence.
?Ability to take and defend decisions towards senior management and employees in complex and sensitive situations.
?Strong project development and management skills.
?Experience in working in internationals teams and with cross-border communication.
?Fluent in English.
