Comprehensive administrative and organizational support to the Vaccine Access team, including: Internal and external meetings and project management, events and travel coordination
•Carry out the VA team with administrative office support proficiently and complete quality work timely
•Expedite flow of work, initiate follow-up when necessary and anticipate priorities
•Prepare and coordinate group meetings workflow and action items
•Prepare reports as required using the appropriate software
•Tracking team expense aligning with budget plan in compliance manners.
•Create project application in the ARIBA purchasing system and follow up of vendors to ensure delivery of orders. Initiate POs for payment to suppliers and follow up with finance for final payments in a timely manner
•Completing special projects as assigned
•Excellent Organizational and Interpersonal communication skills
•Good project management skills
•Time management, with multi-tasking abilities and strong follow up abilities
•Proficiency in Microsoft office especially in, Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
•Discreet and have the ability to maintain confidentiality
•Bachelor degree or above
•similar role in multinational company would be preferred
•Fluent in English (writing , speaking & listening) and mandarin would be preferred
