1) Environmental Management
• Compliance Management: Keep track of national local laws regulations related to ecological environment in real time, the enterprise environmental protection management system in a timely manner.
• Pollution Control: Monitthe management of pollutants such as wastewater waste gas, supervise the normal operation of treatment facilities, conduct regular inspections account records.
• Waste Management: Standardize waste disposal procedures, liaise with compliant disposalganizations, improve relevant account records.
• Environmental Declaration & Inspection Reception: Complete various special environmental declarations including annual environmental reports pollutant discharge permit applications; coordinate daily inspections by relevant government authorities.
1）环境管理工作
合规管理：实时跟进国家及地方生态环境相关法律法规，及时更新企业环保管理制度；
污染管控：追踪废水废气等污染物的管理，监督治理设施的正常运行，定期检查及更新台账记录；
废弃物管理：规范废弃物的处置流程，对接合规处置单位，完善相关台账工作；
环保申报与迎检：企业环保年报、排污许可申报等各类环保专项申报工作，对接相关政府部门的日常检查；
2) Occupational Health Management
• System Maintenance & Tracking: the enterprise occupational health management system control procedures in real time.
• Hazard Identification & Monitoring: Regularly conduct testing foccupational hazard factors at workplaces publicize test results.
• Employee Health Management: Arrange pre-employment, on-the-job post-separation occupational health examinations femployees, establish occupational health files follow up on personnel with abnormal health indicators.
• PPE Control: Supervise employees to correctly wear use personal protective equipment, implement occupational protection measures feach position.
• Health Education: Carry out regular training popularization of occupational health knowledge.
2）职业健康管理工作
体系维护与追踪：实时更新企业职业健康管理制度，职业健康管控流程；
危害辨识与检测：定期开展作业场所职业病危害因素检测，公示检测结果；
员工健康管理：组织新员工入职、在岗、离岗职业健康体检，建立员工职业健康档案及跟踪异常人员；
防护管控：监督员工正确佩戴使用防护用品，落实岗位职业防护措施；
健康宣教：开展常态化职业健康知识培训、科普宣传；
3) Work Safety Management
• System Development & Maintenance: Cooperate with third parties to improve the enterprise work safety management system, promote the implementation of standardized safety management.
• Safety Hazard Inspection: Conduct daily safety patrols, special safety inspections, pre-holiday comprehensive safety inspections.
• Work Safety Control: Strictly implement the permit system fspecial operations, supervise on-site safety guardianship standardized operating procedures fhazardous work.
• Fire & Equipment Safety Management: Perform regular inspection, maintenance replacement of fire-fighting facilities, security equipment emergency supplies within the plant.
• Incident & Emergency Management: Coordinate enterprise work safety emergency management;ganize the compilation revision of various emergency response plans; regularly carry out fire drills, emergency evacuation drills incident response drills. In case of safety abnormalities accidents, participate in on-site response, accident investigation root cause analysis immediately, formulate rectification preventive measures, complete accident reports.
3）安全生产管理工作
制度体系建设与维护：与第三方对接，完善企业安全生产管理制度，推动安全管理标准化、规范化落地；
安全隐患排查：负责日常安全生产巡查、专项安全检查、节前安全大检查等；
作业安全管控：严格落实特殊作业审批制度，监督危险作业的现场安全监护及规范作业流程；
消防与设备安全管理：负责厂区消防设施、安防设备、应急器材的定期检查、维护、保养及更换；
事故应急管理：统筹企业安全生产应急管理工作，组织编制、修订各类安全应急预案，定期开展消防演练、应急疏散演练、突发事故处置演练；发生安全异常或事故时，*时间参与现场处置、事故调查、原因分析，制定整改及预防措施，完成事故报告。
4) External Liaison & Continuous Improvement
• Liaise with government authorities including emergency management, ecological environment health departments, complete filings, applications inspection receptions, communicate latest policy requirements in a timely manner implement compliance rectification.
• Participate in EHS review of new, reconstruction expansion projects of the enterprise, put forward optimization suggestions from safety, environmental protection occupational health perspectives, implement the "Three Simultaneities" requirements fprojects.
• Regularly review EHS management performance, sort out management loopholes, optimize management systems procedures, continuously reduce corporate EHS risks.
• Establishment maintenance of the ISO14001 system.
4）对外对接与持续改进
对接应急管理、生态环境、卫健等政府部门，完成各类报备、申报、迎检工作，及时传达*新政策要求，落实合规整改工作；
参与企业新建、改建、扩建项目的EHS评审，从安全、环保、职业健康角度提出优化建议，落实项目三同时管理要求；
定期复盘EHS管理工作，梳理管理漏洞，优化管理制度和流程，持续降低企业EHS风险；
ISO14001体系建立与维护。
【任职要求】1）Education: College degree above;Age 25-40
教育：大专及以上学历；年龄：25-40岁
2）Experience: Candidates with more than 2 years of relevant working experience, holding a Certified Safety Engineer /Safety AdministratQualification / Occupational Health AdministratCertificate environmental protection-related certificates shall be prefered.
经验：有 2 年以上相关经验者，持有注册安全工程师、安全管理人员合格证、职业健康管理员证书、环保相关证书者优先；
3）Skills: Familiar with office automation tools; English reading writing ability, able to communicate in English ;
技能：熟练使用办公EXCEL WORD.PPT工具 ；具有一定的英语读、写能力，能够用英语进行交流者；
4）Others: Ability to work independently under pressure, good personality.
其他：具有独立工作能力并能够承受一定工作压力 ，性格良好。
