Meten English, founded in 2006, specializes in English language education and training for adults and students. The headquarters are located in Shenzhen CBD and there are 15 branch schools, more than 2000 staff, including 120 foreign experts and 260 local Chinese English teachers. More than 50, 000 students have registered to study English. R&D Department, the most luxurious one, has more than 100 course developers possessing master or doctorate degrees, because of which Meten can be a unique English training center in the line. Meten English is one of the partners of the prominent Pearson's ELLIS Educational Group in China. Integrated with the Ellis system is Meten's philosophy that is referred to as a distinguished practical learner-centered philosophy, that is, ACT Blended Learning Methodology, which is closely based on the English learning requirements of the Chinese. The curricula are composed of Private Classes, Salon Classes, Complementary Classes, Activity Classes, VIP Classes, Corporate Training Classes and the popular online , MERACO.
