ALSTOM BEIZHONG Power (Beijing) Co., Ltd., (ABP) is a joint venture, established by ALSTOM (China) Investment Co., Ltd. (with 60% shareholding) and Beijing Heavy Electric Machinery Works (with 40%shareholding), in December 2004. Registered Capital 29.9 M USD, Total Investment 86 M USD. Now the two parties get an agreement to reach to one hundred million dollar. The two parties has agreed on ALSTOM making an additional investment and ALSTOM will hold 80% of ABP shares.

The Joint Venture has the total covered area of around 35,000m2 (including 25,000 m2 for large workshops.) We manufacture, commission and sell 600MW subcritical, supercritical and ultra-supercritical with air-cooled or wet-cooled applications.

Benefited from ALSTOM‘s globally advanced steam turbine and generator technologies and manufacturing capabilities, the Joint Venture is currently manufacturing 6* 600 MV steam turbines and generators for Pingwei, Dabieshan and Longshan power plants in China.

北重阿尔斯通（北京）电气装备有限公司是由阿尔斯通中国投资有限公司（控股60%）与北京重型电机厂（持股40%）与2004年12月成立的合资企业。注册资本2990万美元，总投资8600万美元。现双方已计划追加资金达到1个亿美金。双方已同意由ALSTOM追加投资，阿尔斯通股份将达到80%以上。

合资公司总建筑面积约35000平方米（其中约25000平方米为大行厂房建筑）。我们制造、调试和销售600MW或以上超临界、超超临界空冷或湿冷大型汽轮发电机组。

受益于阿尔斯通*的汽轮机电机组技术以及强大的制造能力，合资公司目前正在为中国平圩，大别山及龙山叁大电厂制造六台套60万千瓦汽轮发电机组。
