Historical Evolution

荔苑温泉酒店创建于21世纪初，承载前一代人的豪迈与激情，荔苑见证了海南经济发展的十余年沧桑历程，岁月更迭，滚滚向前，2008年由明道管理投资公司斥巨资聘请日本、爱尔兰、印度尼西亚等国际*设计师对酒店进行重新规划给我设计，并于2010年9月在原址上重建完成且投入使用，新酒店名称为：御新荔苑雨林温泉度假酒店。

Litchi Garden Resort was built up at the beginning of the 21st century, which carrying the heroic nature and passion of the pervions generation. It has witnessed the turns of econmic development in Hainan . As time moves forward, Mingdao Hotel Investment and Management Company invested a large amount of fund and invited the internationally prestigious designers from Japan, Ireland and Indonesia to re-plan and redesign the Resort in 2008. The new resort was built on the original site and put into operation from September 2010. It was then named as‘uperial Litchi Garden Resort.’

Mingdao Hotel Investment and Management Company is a chain group specialized in the investment and management of hotel projects operated or developed by Mingdao in Hainan province include but not limited to five 5-star villa-type and high- hot spring resorts such as Nuperial Litchi Garden Hot Spring Resort, Nuperal Shexian Bay Resort, Nuperial Oriental Seagull Sea View Resort and so on, as well Sanya City Professional College, etc.
