DES公司简介

道依茨公司是全球规模*大的独立柴油机制造厂商之一。在过去的149年里，道依茨产品以其卓越的可靠性和燃油经济性在全球享有盛誉。2012年1月12日，道依茨公司和中国常林集团（中国大型农用机械和建筑设备制造商）签署战略合作协议，合资成立道依茨在华生产厂— 道依茨发动机（山东）有限公司（DES），其日常运营及管理由道依茨司完全负责；公司将于2013年正式投产，其主要产品为道依茨2011系列发动机（主要应用于农用机械、工程机械和其他工业用途设备）。排量4升以下的机型在中国本土化生产的实现，标志着道依茨公司对中国市场参与程度的深入。

DEC 公司简介

沃尔沃集团（AB Volvo）与道依茨股份公司（DEUTZ AG）于2013年5月签署协议，此协议决定在山东临沂市成立一家合资企业（DEC)，生产工业用柴油发动机，主要用于工程机械和农用机械。道依茨股份公司持有该合资公司65%股份，成立该合资公司主要是为了降低柴油发动机在工业应用领域的成本，以供应沃尔沃集团和道依茨公司在中国和海外的现有和潜在客户。合资公司将于2013年夏末时间成立，于2015年中期正式生产。届时将会达到80，000台发动机的产量和拥有350名一线员工和技术人员。

DEC Co., Ltd Brief Introduction

According to a contract signed in May 2013 DEUTZ AG and AB Volvo intend to establish a joint venture company in Linyi, Shandong Province, China, for the manufacturing of diesel engines for industrial applications, mainly for construction and agricultural equipment. The purpose of the joint venture, in which DEUTZ will hold a majority share of 65%, is to reduce the cost of diesel engines for industrial applications and to produce those engines to meet Volvo’s and DEUTZ’ demand for existing and future customers in China and overseas. The establishment of the joint venture is scheduled for late summer/fall 2013 and the start of production for mid-2015. In full swing it will reach a capacity of approx. 80.000 engines and need approx. 350 operators and technicians.
