山东正昊机械设备制造有限公司成立于2009年3月，占地面积400余亩，现有员工600余人。公司重视与科研机构、各大高校进行技术合作，其中有中科院，清华大学,西安交大，山东大学，国家数控中心，华中科技大学等知名院校。并于2012年6月与山塑集团建立长期战略合作关系。
公司拥有年产6万吨全自动消失模铸造生产线及单件*大浇铸40吨的实型树脂砂铸造生产线可以实现模具制造，消失模涂料研制，铸件生产一体化。公司拥有数控加工中心60台，大型车床、数控龙门铣车床4台，台湾乔葳进数控加工中心两台，意大利加工中心两台，意大利4米回旋工作台落地镗一台，日本森精机卧加2台等国际高端加工设备，以及海克斯康叁坐标测量机等检测设备。
生产部门下设铸造事业部、数控一部、数控二部、风电事业部、减速机事业部。主要产品有各类灰铁件，球铁件，合金件，机加工件；四大类不同型号的数控车床，直角坐标机械手，关节式机器人，并能够按照客户的要求设计并制作工业流水线及相关设备；玻璃车刻机，玻璃切割机，数控裁床，木工雕刻机；风力发电机，风光互补供电系统以及各类减速机。

Shandong Zhenghao Mechanical Equipment Co., Ltd. was founded in March 2009, employee 600 people. Since the company was founded, we adhere to scientific and technological innovation ,such as Chinese Academy of Sciences, Tsinghua University, Xi’an Jiaotong University, Shandong University, National Nc System Engineering Research Center, Huazhong University of Science and Technology and other well-known institutions. In June 2012, we have established long-term strategic cooperative relations with Sansu group.
Our corporation has an annual output of 60000mt Auto-Casting production line and 40mt resin sand casting production line. We can realize casting parts, EPC model manufacturing, coating development integration. The corporation has CNC machining center 60pcs, CNC double column boring and milling machine bed 4 pcs, Taiwan Vision Wide Tech CNC machining center 2 pcs, Italy machining center 2pcs, Italy floor-type milling and boring machine of 4m cyclotron plate，Japanese Mori Seike Horizontal Machining center 2pcs and other international high-end equipment, and Hexagon coordinate measuring machine.
The production departments are composed with Casting department, First CNC department, Second CNC department, Wind generation department, Reducer division department. Main products have all kinds of gray iron, ductile iron parts, metal parts, machined parts; Four kinds of different types of CNC lathe, rectangular coordinate manipulator, joint type robot, and can design and produce industrial assembly line and related equipment according to customers required; glass engraving machine, glass cutting machine, CNC laser cutting machine, CNC carpentry graving machine; wind turbine generator, wind and solar hybrid system and many kinds of reducers.
