云南中诺生物工程有限公司为云南循环经济投资有限公司与挪威NORMINOR公司合资成立的专业处理有机废弃物的公司，公司位于云南省昆明市晋宁县二街工业园区，厂区占地面积17.72亩，通过引进欧洲专业技术，对本土产生的有机废弃物进行资源化处理，生产土壤改良剂，有机肥，有机无机复混肥。

SNB is a joint venture between YMCI and Norwegian Norminor AS, which is specialized in organic waste treatment, through technology transfer from Euope, SNB can make best use of its organic waste locally, then organic based fertilizer can be provided in order to improve the soil fertility in China.
