Position Overview
We are seeking a passionate data-driven Business Analytics Expert to spearhead our data insights decision-support capabilities. This is a unique opportunity fan analytical talent to lead a high-performing team, transforming complex data actionable business strategies that drive growth across our global markets. The role requires close collaboration with cross-functional stakeholders occasional travel to our Hong Kong headquarters.
What youll be doing
·Manage a team of business/data analysts to ensure high-quality analytics delivery
·Work closely with business stakeholders to understrequirements translate them effective analytical solutions
·Design, develop, maintain dashboards management reports using Power BI
·Perform advanced data analysis using Python / PySpark SQL to identify trends, risks, business opportunities
·Define, monitor, maintain business KPIs, ensuring data accuracy consistency
·Present insights recommendations to internal stakeholders in a clear, actionable, impactful manner
·Continuously improve analytics processes, standards, documentation
·Support ad-hoc analysis strategic initiatives as required
·Occasional travel to Hong Kong is required
Who were looking for
·Bachelors degree above in Data Analytics, Statistics, Computer Science, Business, a related discipline
·6+ years of experience in data / business analytics, including management team-leading experience
·Experience within FMCG, retail, healthcare industries is preferred
·Strong hands-on experience with Python, SQL, Power BI is required
Experience with PySpark is an advantage
·Solid understanding of business performance analysis, KPI design, management reporting
·Excellent communication stakeholder management skills
·Fluent in Cantonese; proficient in spoken written English
