工作职责 Responsibilities:
- 分析中国医疗市场，制定短期和长期的合理且积极的销售增长目标
Analyze China’s healthcare segment to make a combined reasonable aggressive sales growth target in short term long term
- 负责重点医院及相关医疗行业客户的搜索，开发和合同达成
Responsible fsearching, developingders achievement of hospitals relevant healthcare facilities.
- 在全国范围内开发医疗行业经销商体系
Search, develop set up dealer’s network in healthcare segment
- 建立医用项目储备，以达成个人及部门项目储备目标
Expprojects pipeline to meet individual department targets.
- 实现每月，每季度和每年的报价，订单和销售收入目标
Achieve monthly, quarterly, yearly quotation,ders net sales targets
- 参与医用行业活动，收集市场信息，并积极反馈市场变化和竞争环境变化
Proactively join healthcare industry activities, collect feedback marketing competition changes propose appropriate advice
- 控制付款条件和应收账款状态以确保安全的现金流
- Control payment terms AR status to ensure safe cash flow
任职要求 Requirements:
- 本科学历
Bachelor’s Degree
- 有上进心和自我驱动力
Highly motivated self-driven
- 能够积极应对工作压力, 清晰有效地沟通
Able to handle work stress positively, communicate clearly effectively

- 在医用行业销售方面至少有5年以上的工作经验
At least 5 years of working experience in healthcare segment

At least 5 years at multi-national companies
- 愿意出差
