The main task of this position:
1. Manage production schedule.
2. Continuously improve Planning & Warehouse Management, ensure smooth production, reduce inventory & logistic costs.
3. Manage Planning & Warehouse team.
Activities/ Tasks：
1. Arrange & Manage the production schedule properly according to HQ demands.
2. Assure the minumums time to change the models.
3. Edit monitthe situation in SAP in warehouse. (RM inventory; P.O; shop-order.)
4. Follow up with actual production status raw material delivery to ensure the production lines run smoothly, in the meantime control the RM stock level.
5. Cooperate with Procurement Dept to manage supplier performance effectively.
6. Monitactual production outputs adjust production schedule properly.
7. Act as WCM Logistic Pillar leader, conduct Continuous Improvements on warehouse management with the target to reduce inventory level & logistic costs.
8. Participate in Plant improvement projects to save operation costs.
9. Lead manage the planing & warehouse team effectively.
10. Other tasks as assigned by company superior.
Basic Requirements：
1. Bachelors degree above in Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Production & Operations Management, Mechanical Engineering, a related field.
2. Familiar with SAP/ MTO / MTS/ consignment ABC-XYZ Pareto analysis skill finventory.
3. Fluent in bothal written English.
4. At least 5 years of hands-on management experience encompassing both production planning warehouse management responsibilities, with team leadership experience.
5.Outstanding communication influencing skills to drive cross-functional collaboration. Strong data acumen problem-solving ability.
