The main task of this position:
1. Lead Project & efforts to eliminate waste throughout theganization help enable the business fgrowth.
2. Oversee the establishment of factory industrial engineering systems, lean improvement, capacity planning, efficiency enhancement, cost optimization production line standardization. Implement cost reduction, efficiency improvement, quality enhancement cycle time reduction via professional IE methodologies to support the achievement of annual factory operational production targets.
3. Big picture thinking, self-motivated & passionate to change drive improvements.
Activities/ Tasks:
1. Work with Production team to implement improvements in manufacturing other areas needed.
2. Facilitate Point System Kaizen Events
3. Facilitate with process owners to make Lean implementation plan, drive track savings
4. Ensure control plans, poka yoke, TPM are developed updated feach line
5. IE System Establishment & Standardization Management
Lead the construction iterative optimization of factory IE. Take full charge of the measurement, calculation, update, maintenance version control of factory Standard cycle time routing. Build a scientific standard working hour database based on product processes, operational movements, -machine collaboration allowance coefficients to eliminate inflated working hours disordered standards. Lead the compilation, review implementation of production SOPs, workstation operation standards, workflow specifications manpower allocation standards. Promote standardized operations across all workshops to unify operational movements, processes outputs, reduce operational discrepancies production wastes from the source.
6. Factory Layout, Production Line & Capacity Planning
Workshop material flow design production line layout optimization in accordance with annual capacity targets, new product introduction plansder fluctuation trends. Supporting Central manufacturing team to set up new production line, old production line renovation relocation, process restructuring to optimize the configuration of , machine, material, method environment. Conduct regular capacity load analysis line balancing analysis, predict capacity bottlenecks in advance, ensure stableder delivery meet mass production ramp-up requirements.
7. Production Efficiency Enhancement
Lead factory-wide lean improvement initiatives. Proficiently apply core IE tools including IE seven methods, ECRS principles, VSM (Value Stream Mapping), bottleneck analysis, motion analysis line balance analysis to identify seven majproduction wastes: waiting, transportation, inventory, over-processing, rework & defects, unnecessary motions manpower waste. Carry out targeted optimization of production line balance, process merging simplification, operational motion improvement -machine matching to continuously increase line balance rate, per capita output production operation rate. Lead special efficiency improvement projects to resolve production bottlenecks, shorten manufacturing lead time, reduce WIP (Work in Progress) inventory, achieve annual quantifiable cost reduction efficiency improvement targets, deliver measurable improvement results.
8. Production Cost & Manpower Efficiency Control
Manage control of factory manpower cost, manufacturing efficiency working hour cost, establish manpower allocation, efficiency calculation cost analysis models. Conduct regular reviews of manpower efficiency, working hour loss overtime cost, deliver optimization solutions fmanpower redundancy, low-efficiency operations working hour waste to streamline staffing, optimize scheduling standardize working hours. Cooperate with controlling team to analyze manufacturing expenses, labcosts capacity costs, issue monthly cost reduction efficiency analysis reports, provide accurate data support fcorporate operation decision-making,der pricing capacity quotation.
9. New Product Introduction & Process Optimization
Deeply participate in the full process of new Product Introduction, new process implementation mass production ramp-up. Get involved in prototype trial production small-batch pilot production in advance to evaluate process rationality, operational feasibility, production line adaptability efficiency bottlenecks from an IE perspective. Lead the production line process layout, operation flow design, initial standard time setting workstation division fnew products, so as to avoid efficiency defects, process loopholes operational wastes in mass production. Follow up on mass production process abnormalities, cooperate with process, quality production teams to analyze root causes, implement error-proofing improvements in terms of process, layout operation methods to continuously enhance mass production process stability operational efficiency.
10. Team Management & Department Operation
Responsible fIE team building, recruitment, training & development, work arrangement, performance appraisal talent echelon construction. Formulate annual monthly work plans key project lists fthe team, decompose implement overall targets. Manage daily department operations, review subordinates’ working hour calculation, improvement schemes, layout plans data analysis reports to ensure high-quality deliverables.ganize internal training on IE professional skills, lean tools improvement thinking to enhance team competence. Foster a factory-wide lean improvement atmosphere, guide frontline employees to participate in daily improvements, standardize replicate empirical improvement experience.
11. Cross-functional Collaboration & Project Implementation
As the core manager responsible ffactory efficiency improvement, lean upgrading capacity optimization, collaborate with production, quality, process, equipment, purchasing, warehouse PMC teams to resolve production process bottlenecks, efficiency constraints, material flow obstacles redundant processes. Supporting lean improvement, Lead projects of cost reduction efficiency enhancement, covering project initiation, scheme formulation, process follow-up, data verification, result solidification standard precipitation. Ensure all projects are fully closed-loop with quantifiable results replicable experience. Undertake annual operational targets assigned by superiors deliver regular work reports review summaries.
Requirements:
1. Bachelor’s degree above in Engineering, Industrial Business preferred equivalent experience
2. 5+ years of experience. Familiar with engineering, contract management, procurement lean processes; 3+ years of Supervisory experience
3. Fluent in English as work language
